服務很好，態度也很好，還送了果盤和伴手禮，早餐也很豐富，很好吃，重點是廚師超級棒，想要點辣椒油，給現榨了滿滿一碗噴香的辣椒油，十一這個價選了這個酒店真不錯，步行去的狀元閣對面的齊齊哈爾烤肉，太香了，這趟克山行程很完美~

環境非常好，乾淨衞生，設施都是新的，全屋智能，隔音效果也不錯，枕頭有2種，1種軟的，1種慢回彈的，被子也很舒服，入住的時候有送2瓶水，還有早餐，停車也非常方便，總體感受非常好👍

酒店還不錯，但是停車非常不方便，酒店樓下停車的地方太小。還得開車在周邊尋找停車位。
其他方面還不錯。
但是房間價位確實不低。

經常去出差，這家酒店是剛開業不久的，可以説是克山最好的酒店了，房間設施全屋智能、床很舒服，電視也很大，衞生條件非常好，整體環境可以説是四星級左右的標準。服務熱情，入住還送了水果，早餐也比較豐盛，包子很好吃。
提點小建議：一是流程要加強熟練，退按金產生了拖延，新開業我可以理解，但還是要避免；二是智能馬桶與淋浴間玻璃牆距離太近，坐着有點略顯緊湊。
綜合評價：非常值得推薦的酒店，性價比很高
