酒店極其簡陋老舊，與網上描述和圖片嚴重不符，物與價嚴重不對板：床頭無電源插座和燈開關，非常不方便；房門為老式鎖且不靈活，用鑰匙開關門異常費手；衞生間乾濕不分不強求，無法忍受的是地漏反臭嚴重，淋雨龍頭出水量特別小，洗臉盆搖晃不穩；房頂漏水脱皮，黃斑跡累累；床墊如同硬板，硬梆梆的，如此之差，不知好評是如何刷來的？竟然每晚要價260多元。特別提示：沿路一側3幢緊鄰三四層小樓（如家華驛、友客旅居、魚宴城）均為一個老闆的，網上訂房，辦入住時要特別小心，以防落入用低價房型充當高價房型的坑。

來這兒住了幾天，體驗超預期！房間裏兩張床收拾得乾乾淨淨，床單被套看着就清爽，住着很安心 。窗户大，採光特別好，白天屋裡亮堂堂的，心情都跟着好。走廊也整潔，一點不雜亂，能感覺到酒店在衞生這塊很用心。位置也方便，窗外就能看到街道，吃飯逛街不愁沒地兒，性價比拉滿，下次還選它！

我就想對老闆説一下，你找人刷好評也沒用，你這洗手間又臟又漏，牀板硬得像躺在地上睡，想想辦法再投資點錢裝修一下吧，刷好評掩蓋不了硬件的缺陷，唯一好的地方就是工作人員雖然一直不在前台，但是有要求還是會響應，好評給到工作人員，差評給到老闆。

必須誇誇這家酒店！性價比太高了，價格適中但體驗感拉滿。房間空間不小，佈局合理，採光也好，白天不用開燈都亮堂堂的。衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，熱水來得快又穩定。離景區也近
