Bathroom bench wasn't clean, looks like toothpaste or similar was on it. Bathroom basin broken. Curtains wouldn't close properly, asked the manager to fix it, but nothing got done.

I booked and paid for this hotel immediately afterwards my circumstances changed, I asked for a refund and to cancel the booking within 10 minutes of the initial booking. No concession was given not even a partial refund.
Do not bother.

Close to the tram, clean and compliant hotel! Very pleasant staff! I recommend for a week's stay, there is plenty of equipment in the kitchen
