A perfectly positioned home from home in Key West. Very clean and well serviced with stylised furnishings. Beds were very comfortable bathroom clean and well stocked. Great place. Easy walk to shops and local restaurants and bike hire across the street.

I need urgently to reach them. I have a book with them, and they don't answer the phone. I'm trying to call. I send sms, and they are not responding. Customer service is not the best by far. It seems very strange to me.

So, the good: the location is perfect. Immediately off of Duval Street. We were able to walk everywhere. It was ideal. The house itself is very small but very very nice. No issues at all with the house. The bad: the owners are impossible to get ahold of. If there’s an issue, which there was, you’re on your own. The hot water isn’t exactly hot. The water pressure isn’t the best. I would absolutely recommend this place. It’s cheap, it located in the perfect area, and it’s nice. But you will never hear from the owners.

BUGS IN THE BED – - Pulled back the covers to find bugs crawling on the pillows and in the sheets. - Called Sebastian, but got no answer. Left voice message and texted him that there were bugs in the bed and we could not stay there. - Sebastian texted us back over 8 hours later saying he was looking into it. We had already, of necessity found alternate accommodations. - Later (1:14 PM of the second day) Sebastian texted that Orkin identified the bugs as termites NOT bedbegs. He also ACTUALLY accused US of letting them in. - RIDICULOUS – the bugs were UNDER the bedspread and had obviously been there a while. - Whether they were bed bugs or termites, they didn’t belong in the bed and guests should not be expected to climb in with them. - Airbnb’s policy for cancellation for issues beyond a guest’s control is limited to Natural Disasters and Acts of War. - At a minimum, the room was not ready for habitation on the day of check-in and at least the first night should be refunded – NOT EVEN RECOGNIZING THE INCONVENIENCE AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSE CAUSED BY THE BUGS IN THE BED AND SLOW RESPONSE OF MANAGEMENT.

- super Lage, sehr sehr zentral und tolle Umgebung mit vielen Shops und Restaurants - schönes ruhiges Apartment, viel Platz und vollständig ausgestattet (Duschtücher, Duschmittel, etc.) - Gratis Parkplatz vor dem Häuschen, war super! hat noch zwei andere, waren immer besetzt. Jedoch in der Umgebung kann man am Strassenrand parkieren - sehr sauber - der Preis ist teuer, jedoch viel Günstiger zu den vielen Hotels. Man findet in Key West nichts günstiges leider, deswegen waren wir sehr happy damit - wir empfehlen es definitiv weiter und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!
