Musandam is a great place for natural beauty and this resort sits at the top overlooking the beautiful mountains and the expansive sea.
It is the best option so they don't have any competition there. The resort is nice. However, in case you plan to visit them during a busy holiday you will be disappointed with their service. The service is not the best. Extremely slow.

The receptionist was very friendly and professional (she was a lady) very accommodating and she has started our short holiday by allocating us in such a nice room, each one in this hotel was very respectful,
It will be recommended for everyone,
One complaint was the electricity was down for such a long with no A/C

We wasn’t able to reach hotel because our car is not allowed to leave UAE (it is in a loan). For this new rule we wasn’t informed.
And in the border to reach the hotel the only option is to take a private shuttle. Considering the following problems: private driver, probably not authorized; incompetent price 100$ one way; about 1 hour to wait to pickup. So, I didn’t risk my family by going there.
I requested to refund the booking price, but this request was refused by trip.com It seems that they’re not client focused.
I made my conclusions:
Do not go to Musandam for vacation,
Do not use trip.com for making bookings
Do not pay in advance for the booking

Hotel did not meet our expectations for 4 star hotel. Room was so wet that in the morning all dresses was wet too. It was very uncomfortable stay, will never book it again.
