The positives: Nice resort with nicely kept grounds and helpful staff. Good restaurant, coffee shop and bar with plenty of other other facilities. Clean rooms with toiletries supplied. The negatives: The breakfast included was the stingiest I’ve ever encountered. Rice-noodle soup, eggs, toast, melon, coffee and orange juice. The bed mattress was hard. Over 220 tv channels and not one English Channel with many of the channels seeming to be just advertising. No hand towels and no towel rails. No guide book or information of services provided in the rooms but did have QR codes for what the restaurant provided. My impression is they cater more for Thais than tourists

We really liked our very private bungalow at the Laekhong River Resort. It was nice and quiet, and the bungalow was nicely decorated. There was a problem with the curtain. We ate at the restaurant for dinner, and it was ok. Breakfast was very poor for a Thai hotel/resort. Just one big pot of soup and drip coffee. We used the small pool but were forced to purchase expensive swim caps.

ข้อดี ตัวโรงแรม อยู่ในจุดที่ถือว่าดีมาก เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน ทั้งครอบครัว เพื่อน คู่รัก สัมนา ฯลฯ เจ้าหน้าที่บางส่วนบริการดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส (ห้องอาหารเช้า) ข้อเสีย 1. คาเฟ่ บริเวณถ่ายรูปน้อย ไม่มีอะไรพิเศษ หอคอยที่เดินขึ้นไป ไม่เห็นวิว ต้นไม้บัง 2. สั่งอาหารที่คาเฟ่ ใช้เวลานานเกินควร 3. เจ้าหน้าที่ในคาเฟ่ ไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้มแจ้มใส 4. ห้องอาหาร ต้องสั่งและวางมัดจำเลย ลูกค้าที่พักอยู่ด้วยน่าจะต้องให้สิทธิพิเศษสักนิดเพื่อเป็นการอำนวยความสะดวก ข้อเสียที่ต้องปรับปรุงอย่างเร่งด่วน บริเวณห้องพักชั้น 1 หลังล็อบบี้ ที่ติดกับสระว่ายน้ำ 1. บันไดขึ้นลงหลังห้อง ไม่มีราวจับ อันตรายมาก 2. พื้นกระเบื้อง เวลาเปียกน้ำ ลื่นมาก แม่มีรองเท้า เพื่อน 1 คนที่ไปด้วยกัน ลื่น หัวกระแทก ต้องกลับบ้านด่วน ส่งผลกระทบกับทั้งทริปอย่างมาก อยากฟีดแบคให้ทาง รร เปลี่ยนวัสดุ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการเดิมซ้ำๆ อีก อย่างไรก็ตาม ขอขอบคุณเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ช่วยเรียกรถพยาบาบให้ด้วยค่ะ
