前台斯斯坦國家超雄大媽服務人員態度惡劣，對俄羅斯人很熱情對中國人極其惡劣，，不按照法律出具相關的文件，房間衞生很臟，床單上有血

1.房間裏沒有放水，要去走廊接水喝
2.洗手間花灑都是壞的，掛不住
3.房間吹風機也沒有，要自己去前台要
4.不打掃衞生。他這個酒店洗手間是沒有排風的，不是每天打掃衞生，洗手間垃圾也不給收，牙刷也不給補。衞生紙用完了都自己去前台要的。找到前台，前台指着3星級的三顆星，糊弄我説三天打掃一次衞生，我説那是三星級吧（也不知道攜程怎麼挑選的酒店，也不知道怎麼評上的三星，連國內的一般無星便捷都不如）。最後説給我收收洗手間垃圾，然後成了你哪天找，哪天她給收。其他的真的按照她説的三天打掃一次。我們當時定了一個周，沒法退，好不容易終於可以走了
5.退房
攜程寫的12點退房，我們11:10就被敲門，同事11:20就下樓了，我沒收拾完，説要等一下，跟我説最多再一個小時。他們按照11點退房去催你走
6.攜程所謂的雙語服務
沒有，全是俄語，最多拿個翻譯軟件你跟他講。服務也不好，見上面三天打掃一次衞生
想覺得比住大街強就行的，無所謂
攜程也該把一下質量關了

前台不會英語，有點不方便，其他還好。房間如果需要每天打掃要到前台打招呼。屬於郊區，適合商務旅行。
