It's a little far from the station if you walk, but the staff were friendly and there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I had a comfortable stay.
However, there was a store nearby (though it was only a few dozen meters away) that was playing loud bass music until around 1am one day, which was a bit of a problem. There were houses and other accommodations nearby, so I wondered if it was okay to play that loud music.

Good. The room is clean and doesn't smell musty. The owner is friendly and the price is reasonable. But there is one problem: there is no place to put things in the bathroom. Soap, cream, shampoo, etc. are placed on the toilet.
