First the bad, air con control not working, bed the worst lumpy mattress i have ever experienced and same for the pillows absolutely rubbish could not even sleep more than two hours without waking up sore. Booked a upgraded room with one king size bed, got there and told a room not available under renovation, only had room with two single beds that where fix to the wall so cant be put together or pay 800 bht extra for a villa room or 5800 bht extra for a villa with a spar, both at the edge of the complex miles away from every thing which is unacceptable. So took the room with two single beds. The good the views over the river lovely its quiet and the pool is clean, the restaurant food again was great breakfast not that good.

The staffs are good. The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep in. The interior space is very spacious. It is located next to the Mekong River. The view is very beautiful. It is a pity that there is no elevator. The breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is next to the Mekong River. Beautiful views of the river and mountains (Laos side) quiet atmosphere
The hotel is outside the city. But driving into the city is convenient. It takes no more than 10 minutes. There are no shops near the hotel. But in the city there is a convenience store that is open 24 hours a day.
The location of the hotel is not far from other tourist attractions such as Pha Taem, Glow Temple, Pak Mun Dam, Kaeng Tana, Wat Tham Khuha Sawan.

Beautiful location. Like truly on of the best view in my trip. Breakfast and dinner were nice. I liked that I could rent a canoe and row in the morning for 300thb/hr before my breakfast. The service in general were nice and helpful. Minor problems: no hot water at 20:00hrs. One room did not get cleaned, while other room did get properly cleaned. Was told room cleaning was not default. We had to ask them in the morning. We found the messy room in the evening and were told housekeeping was not available. Was told to book rooms in the new wing. And this is the best hotel around. Really I will go back. I like it in general.
