A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms featuring comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. On the rooftop, there’s a restaurant with an outstanding view and a signature menu. Every dish is exclusive and incredibly delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast at sunrise on the top floor was especially wonderful.

Very well located hotel with great staff, very clean and super quiet rooms, and nice breakfast with a view of the city. Parking on site. Highly recommend. Hopefully, I will be back soon in your beautiful country (in peace).

El mejor hotel en el que me hospedado, la atención es excepcional y sus estancias son acogedoras. El restaurante no es de lo mejor pero tiene una muy buena vista. Ahora con el tema de la guerra, hay brigadas que te ayudan cuando hay ataques y te hacen sentir muy seguros.

Dit is een prima hotel. Vooral de bedden, die in eerste instantie erg zacht lijken, liggen heerlijk. De douche is redelijk ruim en alles is keurig netjes. Het ontbijt is oké, maar het assortiment is wat klein. Geen fruit en bijna geen (koude) groente. Koffie is lekker maar er staat altijd een rij voor de koffiemachine. Dat ontbijt is echt voor verbetering vatbaar en als het niet veranderd dan ga ik de volgende keer liever ergens anders heen.

Bei diesem Hotel stimmt wirklich alles! Hervorragende Lage. Ebenso kompetente wie freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes Design, modern wie elegantes Interieur. Mein Standard-Einzelzimmer war mit 28qm sehr geräumig, behaglich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Betten erlauben hohen Schlafcomfort. Das Frühstück ist sehr erfreulich; die Abendbar ebenso. Besonders zu loben: der große und gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum. Nebenan ein Saunabereich zur privaten Nutzung. Die 15 € sind es allemal wert. Ich kenne in Kiev kein besseres Hotel, zumal das Cityhotel sehr gastfreundliche Preise hat. Großes Komplement!

Администратор Юлия при нашем приезде не соизволила даже сказать здравствуйте в ответ. Взгляд был её, как на д*рьмо. Первое, что зашли в номер был ужасный запах канализации, запах никуда не исчезал. Как будто пока нас не было там кто-то ходил в туалет по большому… Ковёр грязный, весь пятнах. Заказывали спагетти с морепродуктами в номер - цена высокая, две креветки, два гребешка, две миди. За такую цену очень бедновато. Побитая мебель. Телевидение неинтересное. Ужасный завтрак там были варианты времени, выбрали с 8 до 8:30, пришли в 9. Холодный завтрак, принесли то, что мы не заказывали и не принесли, что заказывали. Это второй худший отель/номер в моей жизни.
