It was so disappointing to be treated by the hotel driver paid for all transportation treating me as if it's a favor to drive me around. Complained to the manager... hope to bring some sense of professionalism in him. Besides everything was ok... unless I had to ask for bathing soap when I need to shower!

The room was relatively clean but very tired ie sheets were threadbare, no amenities in room. Karaoke played until 1am and so loud you couldn't sleep at all but they told us it was a quiet night since it was a Monday! Food ok, staff ok, driver Patrick was great.

Old room, slightly dirty. Light didn’t work. Shower didn’t work. Water cold. Very loud karaoke in bar until midnight. Mosquitoes in room as screens insufficient. Tried to charge me for beers we didn’t have at checkout. Shuttle driver very good.

I Like this place is very very nice located in front of airport they have friendly staff their is very nice and test and good garden where you sit listening soft music their rooms are very attractive actually it is a good hotel i can recommend every one.

A much awaited improvement. Professional service with a smile. The new F&B manager Aime goes the extra mile to ensure that all is well. Rooms are clean and food is delicious home made. Takes time so order in advance. The weekend music is entertaining but if you prefer quiet take the rear rooms.
