This establishment really lets down Rwanda and is not representative of the warm welcome we received throughout our stay from everyone else we met I. Kigali. From barefaced lies about the accommodation, to no water because they had not paid for it to be delivered. Being held hostage in the villas because they refused to take credit card payment was the final straw. Do not stay here, there are honest hotels I. Kigali, this is not one of them.

This is a fraudulent listing. Very few of the amenities listed actually exist, but the aggression shown to our group and being locked in because we would only pay by credit card (accepted as per listing and confirmation email) was outrageous and caused fear and distress to many of our group that included many youngsters. We ended up having to call the police and FCO. Avoid like the plague

Absolutely awful from start to finish. First off, we weren’t allocated our full booking as they had claimed the rooms we rightfully booked were being used, forcing unsustainable sleeping conditions and relocations. Furthermore, the rooms were often left dirty while water and electricity were intermittent. Finally, the booking site said we were able to pay by credit card yet they claimed we couldn’t. What followed was an uncomfortable and down right scary situation where we were effectively held hostage for at least an hour while someone demanded payment once more. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to be conned out of your booking and money
