I stayed at DV appart afew days ago and there is loud music coming from the bar from 5 pm to 4am the next morning daily. After raising the issue with the staff nobody seems to be of help as the bar is rented out to an outsider. If you are looking for a peaceful place after a long day then DV Appart is not the place to spend a night. The owner who is the manager switches off the phone after 10 pm until the next morning. Incase of an emergency there is no one to help even the soldier who are the only ones on duty at night cannot reach him. Very poor when it comes to handling complains.
