Horrible Experience – Assault and Gross Misconduct at Mum’s Hotel Kikuyu I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at Mum's Hotel Kikuyu, and I feel it’s crucial to share my experience to warn others. During my stay, I was subjected to an incident involving assault and gross misconduct by hotel staff, which has left me feeling deeply disturbed and unsafe. I have reported this matter to the Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA), Kenya Association of Hotelkeepers and Caterers, and the Police. Despite this, I have yet to receive any proper response or accountability from the hotel management. The lack of action taken so far is deeply concerning, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to reconsider.
