Horrific experience. I had booked a King bed... Hotel was overbooked...upon arrival, front desk agent (Tia?) was out front yelling at someone else. Once I was checking in, agent not only didn't notify me that they were overbooked but sent me to a room with 2 much smaller beds. When I returned, she was completely indifferent, raised her voice, refused to give her name or her supervisor's name and then walked away and shut the door behind her. In the morning, I asked the front desk agent to have GM call....never happened. Room was filthy..breakfast was sub standard. I'd just signed up for the Choice Privileges program. What a disaster.
