The chanel lineup online that was supposed to be accurate was not so it was difficult to find something to watch. It would be great if the on TV guide were available instead of scanning a QR code and going to a listing that is wrong. It would also let guests see what is on instead of blindly channel surfing. The remote was slow to work, you had to press the buttons very hard to get the channel or volume to change. The pillows in my room were a bit dodgy (lumpy and broken down) and they all seemed to be the same firmness. I prefer a mix of pillows (some firm and some softer). and the ice machine on my floor was broken, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. Breakfast was tasty and well-maintained, the room clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming.

The room was very quiet and no sound of the plane was heard overnight. The room was very big. But the location of the hotel is for the transfer and crew to spend the night, do not match the hotel in the city or resort area, after all, the positioning is different. The needs of passengers staying are also different. Third, the front desk lady is very good. I saw a comment that no one helped with luggage. I think for this price and market positioning hotel, the requirement for employees to take luggage is really excessive. Fourth, we specially booked a room with breakfast, and when we went to breakfast, we found that the staff would not check the room card at all. Just walk in and eat. Breakfast is a very typical simple American breakfast. But they are very fresh. I like the taste of the scrambled eggs, very, very good. There is a small park and lake next to the hotel for a few minutes. If it is an afternoon flight, you can go shopping after breakfast, which is very different from the domestic park. Clean, well maintained and at the same time give people a feeling of original ecology. The only downside of the hotel is that there is no restaurant, but there is a small snack area on the first floor. We bought popcorn, potato chips and beer. The hotel room has a microwave to heat popcorn. It is also a very interesting experience. I stayed in room 426, which is a suite. There is a sofa bed in the living room, but according to my son's evaluation after sleeping on it, the bed is too soft and it is estimated that two springs are broken. There is a microwave and refrigerator. There is also a stainless steel sink for washing vegetables and fruits, a capsule coffee machine, and two TVs. There are free movies on TV, but there are no subtitles (neither Chinese nor English). There is a road outside the room, which is not soundproof. The roar of the bus and the conversation of pedestrians can be heard, which is a bit noisy (so I only give 3 points for the environment). Anyway, I stayed for three nights and didn't sleep well, which may be related to my old age and choosing a bed. Another drawback of the room is the lack of lighting, especially in the living room, which is dark. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the highlight is the omelette, which can be eaten in a bagel. The hotel policy is to check out at 11 o'clock, which is indeed a bit early. The airport drop-off time we agreed to was 1 o'clock, so after I explained the reason to the front desk, they still postponed the check-out time by one hour.

The breakfast is good, but there are many guests dining during peak hours, so it will be difficult to find a seat! The hotel has a shuttle bus to Seattle Airport, which is convenient and fast! Hotel location is convenient, you can walk to the Space Needle Tower and the light rail station, the room hygiene is generally OK but can be improved, the car sound is noisy at night, overall it is a cost-effective choice 👍 recommended short-term stay

The location is good, the boss is very nice and very enthusiastic.

I didn't realize this was attach to The Virginia mason hospital so there was a wheelchair in the hallway and also medical staff was going through the hotel as well. It was a fair place to stay but wouldn't recommend a leisure stay.
