I’ve stayed at this place multiple times and have never been disappointed. Their service is top notch and continues to be at a top level post covid. As an example, I saw the bartender Erica mopping the floors at 12.30 in the morning to ensure the place was ready for the morning. Just one example of the service level I’ve come to expect at this place.
I live here every time I go to KOP. The opposite is KOP Mall, the largest department store in the U.S., and there is so much to offer. The nearby Philadelphia Outlet is also one of the most cost-effective Ole in the United States. KOP is simply a shopping paradise! The location of the hotel is very good. Turn right when you go out is the transportation hub, which is very convenient in either direction. Room facilities are relatively complete, and there is a balcony to smoke! The breakfast buffet is also worth $ 20 per person, and the price is less than $ 100, what a deal!
Next to the hotel is the oversized shopping center, which can be solved by eating and shopping. Breakfast is more general, there is no problem filling the stomach.

This hotel offers great prices for fairly large rooms. The hotel is centrally located in King of Prussia. The KoP Mall is very close by - just a $6-7 uber trip away.
The room is OK, shopping and eating nearby are very convenient!
Set twin room, OK.
The room has cooking equipment, but unfortunately we are useless.
Breakfast is average. . .
This is a solid choice if you need to be in this part of greater Philadelphia. We were there for a sport climbing competition in next door Bridgeport (3 mi away), and this fit the bill. It's been renovated, and the lobby and bar are stunning. The bar service was very good. We also had dinner there the second night and all enjoyed our meals. Our room was clean, comfortable, and generally working order. I applaud the property for using large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap instead of single use plastic bottles, which are so awful environmentally. However, it looks like they hot glued the bottles to the shower wall, and housekeeping must have knocked one off, because one was just standing in the shower. This was not a problem for use, though! I also applaud that daily housekeeping is optional. We would have not called for it, except my son had sweats the first night, so we wanted fresh sheets for him. I messaged the hotel through the Hilton Honors app and the manager responded immediately, which was impressive. The only glitch was that when I requested housekeeping, I specifically asked for the conditioner in the shower to be refilled as well (it was empty) and they neglected to do that. But housekeeping did come. We were pleased to find our room had a small refrigerator, which was great for storing snacks for the competition, and boxed leftovers from dinner. Front desk staff was super nice and efficient when we checked in. Ample parking. Lots of restaurants close by. Not a great area for walking - we did walk to a restaurant for dinner the first night, but lots of busy streets, malls, not great sidewalks, etc. The area is not designed with pedestrians in mind, but that's not the hotel's fault.
Great experience overall. Above all else, the food service manager (Michael) was amazing. He was incredibly friendly and personable, while also being professional and super accommodating. He is a credit to the hospitality industry. We will be back.
Nice, very spacious. The sound insulation is a little bit worse, or the old beauty is too fierce to hear. However, I am lucky, I have the opportunity to live here.
We just stayed here for 3 days, this past week, for a wedding. The staff is friendly, very accommodating and you can’t beat the location. The King of Prussia Mall is directly across the street!! You should go! (If you are handicapped, you might want to park in Orange, 2nd level.) When you walk in this entrance you immediately see Tiffany and Co., Cartier, Hermes and Louis Vuitton. My daughter went to the office, across from Sephora and got me a mobility scooter. They loan them for free and it was fully charged allowing me to shop at a mall for the first time in 10 years! We tried to buy perfume at Dolce and Gabbana but they wouldn’t let us in. We laughed and went to Nordstrom’s and bought it instead. (Their scooters are available until 4:45 so go early, there are so many stores!) Back to the hotel, being handicapped, the room at the hotel was great. The shower was safe with a sturdy and comfortable seat. The bed was a little low for me but a lot better than being too high. Would have loved a full sized refrigerator in our room but we made do with the one we had. We went to eat at Bahama Breeze which 2 minutes away. Everything was delicious! We also had 2 small dogs with us and there is plenty of grass for them nearby. Also I noticed there was adequate parking for all.

On Friday evening we spent the night at the Fairfield Inn adjacent to the King of Prussia shopping mall. We have stayed there previously. This was another good experience. The hotel was reasonably priced. The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel is located across the parking lot for the mall, although logically you drive. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed. The eggs were moist and tasty. The port sauces were excellent. There was plenty of selection and the quality of the food was excellent. There is ample parking. As a bonus, Costco is right behind the hotel. The parking areas appear to be adjacent. We would return.
GGuest UserThe Owners have remodeled this old high rise, that was probably built in the early 1960's. I had a top floor room, with a grand view of the King of Prussia Mall complex. The rooms accommodations were new, but the bathroom was the smallest, I've ever tried to maneuver in. The hotel showed it's old age with VERY poor water pressure in the bathroom. But the most annoying factor was the Owners Wife. I was trying to check in, about 7:30pm and the wife continually interrupted my front desk transaction with her alarming voice, to every employee, about a 'red plastic bag' = WHAT? Then I saw the Owners wife again, while we were both in the breakfast area. This time she was on another much less 'alarming' trivial issue, with two other employees. Please keep her in the Office area, please ?
GGuest UserVery nice hotel. King room was spacious and clean. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. AC not too loud. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would give it 5 stars but for a couple of ridiculous issues. 1: there were no cups in the bathroom or with the ice bucket. 2. The sliding shower doors only opened from one end so you had to stand fully in the shower to turn on the taps resulting in being fully deluged in ice cold water until warm water reached the room. 3. I was charged with a small fee for “parking lot maintenance” that was never explained or approved to be added to my credit card. When I called about it, the hotel refunded that fee, but I thought it was quite underhanded to not inform me before charging it.
