Nice location & great views! good food. However management isn’t the best - rajiv at the front desk denied room service & insisted on buffet dinner; however when we came for the buffet dinner there was no seating space available and he asked us to carry our plates ourselves to our room - we had to climb stairs upto 4th floor with dinner plates in hand. All this after booking the family suite! this hotel is just surviving because of its beautiful location

Pros: 1) Food is very good. 2) Late night food service has been provided. 3) View is spectacular. 4) Electric blanket & heater has been provided. 5) Staff behavior is very good. Cons: 1) You have to carry your own luggage. If its ground floor room then its still fine, but if the room is on 1st or 2nd floor then sometimes its difficult to carry all the luggage by own. Helper should be provided to carry the luggage. 2) Multiple heaters they changed in the room. Difficult to find and tell the person again and again that the heater is not working. Please do a good maintenance of all the heaters specially in winter as its mandatory at that time.

The property is very well maintained, rooms are clean and decent. Staffs are cordial and the manager was soft spoken and friendly.
