The service at the restaurant is terrible. They don’t care about the customers and it is painful for them to work. Inacceptable regarding the prices. At the breakfast you have to search to find a coffee cup. They don’t update the table with the dishes. The employees are rude and incompetent.

1994 - First time I visited the infamous Memling Hotel ☆☆☆☆☆ 1997 - Second visit ☆☆☆☆☆ 2023 - Third visit ☆☆☆☆ 2023 - Service is great. Maintenance is questionable. WiFi appears to be intermittent or nonfunctional in room #723 (far-end of corridor) Plastic pool furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. Hotel plumbing; clogged sink - 5th floor. And low water pressure on level 7 (top floor)

I spent a night at the Hotel Memling after another hotel canceled my reservation. The hotel staff was attentive and the rooms were clean, if dated and in need of a refresh. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Perfect. One of the best hotels in Kinshasa. Everything is there. The food is okay even if the service leaves something to be desired. The rooms are spacious and the reception staff are accommodating. Enjoy the swimming pool always perfect.

Highly recommended! Friendly staff and very clean. The breakfast is plentiful. COVID-19 measures have been observed. The rooms are well maintained and looked after daily. The lunch buffet is also plentiful. We were very satisfied 👍🏿👍🏾👍🏽👍🏼
