Kirishima Hotels with Airport pickup service

鹿児島空港からレンタカー利用３０分弱で到着しました。 ホテルは本館と別館に分かれてますが本館の方が吹き抜けもありゴージャス、別館はチェックインした本館フロントから３Fにある館内の通路を抜ける必要があるので少々面倒です（別館の方がランク下という感じ）。 アサインされた別館のツインルームは室内が長方形ではなく少々いびつな造りなので使い勝手は今ひとつだったというのが正直な感想です（ひとりでツインルーム使用なら快適だと思います）。 大浴場は本館の地下にあるので別館泊だと結構離れてます。雰囲気はスポーツジムにある大浴場風な感じだと思いました。受付でタオルが借りられるので部屋からは手ぶらで行けるのは便利です。サウナは狭くて３名入れば満杯という感じ、内風呂は熱めとぬるめの２か所ありますが一番気にいったのは体温と同じ湯温３６度の寝湯です。熱くも無く寒くもないのでずっと浸かっていれて満足でした。 脱衣場はスポーツクラブのようなロッカーがあるのですが宿泊者が使用して良いのか分からなかったので脱衣籠利用で済ませました（これについての案内が無いのが不親切）。 時間帯によってはスポーツ合宿でここに宿泊していると思われる体育会系の若者が入浴していることもあり、その時には混雑します。 部屋のテレビで大浴場の混雑状況が確認できるシステムになっていますが常時男湯は少々混雑、女湯は空いているという表示でした、ドーミーインチェーンのホテルも同じようなシステムですがロッカーの鍵がかかっているかいないかで判別しているようなのですが、ここは大浴場受付のスタッフが目分量で混雑状況を判断して空き状況を決めてるようなのであまり当てにしない方が良いかもしれません。 ２連泊して朝食２回、夕食１回（いづれも別館１Fのバイキングレストラン）で済ませましたがこれぞという売りの１品が無かったのが残念なところです。１杯ずつ作るお茶器は良かったので売店でお土産に購入しました（朝食バイキングは２日共メニューは一緒でした） 食事をホテル外で取る場合は徒歩５分ぐらいのところに『いちにさん』という黒豚しゃぶしゃぶやとんかつなどがありました。当方は近くにあるイオン内のとんかつ店『竹亭』のとんかつが食べたかったのでレンタカーで行きテークアウトして部屋で食べました。イオンまでだと徒歩だと１５分ぐらいかかりそうだったので断念した為です。 尚、コンビニは徒歩５分ほどのところにローソンがあります。 もう少し街中の立地だったらホテル外の飲食店巡りも出来そうだった気がしてます。 鹿児島空港から近い観光地だと霧島温泉郷を選択しがちですがたまにはこのようなホテルに投宿してみるのも良い気がしました。 機会があればまたお世話になっても良いと思えるホテルでした。

It was nice to be able to see the hot spring smoke coming out of the window of the guest room. At the restaurant for dinner, we were shown to seats next to the window. I ate an Italian course meal while looking at the blue pool in front of me and the rising smoke of the hot spring beyond, feeling like I was in a resort hotel somewhere overseas. The open-air bath in the guest room is not a Japanese-style bath, but rather a bathtub with no hot water in it, which you turn on and fill with hot water. The large public bath is larger than this bath and has a spectacular view, so we recommend it.

This hotel is situated on top of a hill. We were warmly greeted with help to move the luggage . Check in was fast and efficient . The room came with twin hard beds that we slept on so soundly . Room was big , wifi adequate. There was an attached bathroom though the bathtub was quite deep in . The highlight of the stay was the private onsen situated in the middle of the forest . What an amazing experience . We could not get the day slots so we were given the night slots at 730 pm . Do book early . The management will liase with you via email to book the onsens . Dinner was kaiseiki - lovely food with hotpot for vegetables . Breakfast was Japanese adequate . Overall a wonderful stay .

I used it for a day trip bath. The hot springs are large and splendid. Sukayu Onsen Ryokan in Aomori is said to be a thousand-person bath, but it seems that more people can take a bath here. I didn't stay at the hotel, but it seems to be a hotel with a history. The garden was also magnificent. Kirishima Onsen is far from the railway station and the number of buses is not so large, so it is convenient to rent a car.

Sakura Sakura Onsen is a hotel located in Kirishima Taguchi, Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is characterized by natural mud hot springs. Going to the dinner hall. It is quite troublesome that hot springs and dinner venues have to go to their mother's house. It seems hard to rain or cold winter days. The light up is beautiful. Arrived at the dinner hall. It is a pot dish. It is said that it is a pig shabu. Chicken tick. It seems to be a black pig. Other sashimi came. Of course, beer was also a tight fruit. The next morning, I moved to my mother's house again. I went to the breakfast hall. It's cold on this day. After all, I get breakfast in the same place as dinner. Located in the center of the city, Yamagata Ya, major supermarket and local supermarket are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants around the hotel and it is convenient. We came her in Feb 2022 for a weekend getaway from the city. Glad we did.All of the room will have a city view but if you book one of the corner rooms, you will not only get a nice tatami area for viewing but will have a city and mountain view, but be sure to get the top 2 floors for the best view. Also, if you book rooms ending in 01, 02, or 03, these will be closest to the elevators (the rooms were pretty well insulated against noise). The property also has a public onsen bath. To access it take a short automatic tram ride to a separate lounge area stocked with ice cream and drinks, then a short walk to the bath house. Along the way you will see a few cabanas that you can use to have a nice picnic when the weather permits. Meals are served in a semi-private space, meaning you will have a room but noice from the other guest do bleed through since the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling. Food was great. For breakfast, the hotel knew that I hated to look for small pin bones in the fish so intead the substituted it for stewed pork. The staff also performed one of the local legends after dinner, don't miss it. Overall, its a great hotel with excellent service.
