"Originally booked shared bathroom, because it is relatively empty, the other is in the renovation, the boss gave us a upgrade. The room was just renovated and tasted a bit. Everything else is very good. Chinese boss, Chinese communication is convenient."
"We were at the Sydney Harbour National Park and went to the hotel. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic when we checked in. We told us how to go to restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but they got off work at 7 pm and used it after going out. The key opens the door. The door locks, switches and window styles in the room are very retro, the public bathroom is very clean and has no odor, and it can also be bathed inside. Although there are many other guests in the building, the room is soundproof. Foreign hotels generally do not charge a deposit. Since we had to catch the plane on the second day, we got up at 4 in the morning and put the key in the staff window when we left the store."
"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few steps to Sydney Harbour Bridge and a few steps to Sydney Opera House. The hotel facilities are relatively new and the service is good. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is a little less. However, in terms of cost performance, this hotel is definitely better than many old five-star hotels nearby."

"The best rooms are 112, 212, and 312. They are the most northerly rooms with no obstructions. They are the best rooms in the hotel. The lobby restaurant is on the G floor. The swimming pool is on the 4th floor. I stayed in 312 this time. The view is unbeatable."
"The view from the hotel is breathtaking. I wasn’t interested to go out from the hotel as the whole Sydney was infront of my window.
The photos can underestimate the wonderfulness of the views.
The breakfast was delicious.
The staff were friendly.
Quite and nice.
I will choose it again if I visit Sydney in future."
"A small private hotel in a white area, check out time at 10 o'clock, a bit regrettable. It takes a few minutes to walk to the pier. You can only take a ferry if you don’t have a car. It runs every hour at night. Opposite is City, convenient. There are no restaurants nearby. Some details in the room are not hygienic, which is a failure. Everything else is good. The owner should be a westerner, check in basically requires English information contact, self-service key picking, and there is no receptionist. This is an Australian characteristic."
"Convenient for price and location.
Apartment itself was strange, windows were not low enough to easily see out towards the harbour. Had to stand up and peer out to see anything. Positively, apartment was a good size and with a decent kitchen. Decor of the room was cheap and not well designed, just practical I guess.
Lift system is so high tech that it’s confusing, we booked two rooms and the second room was on a different floor which we couldn’t easily get to, as keys only give access to one particular floor. I feel that was poor planning on the hotels behalf, if we book two rooms, they should at least try and make them on the same floor. It made the stay for parents a bit stressful as they felt trapped on their floor.
Check in process took soo long, only two staff working and waited for almost 20 minutes to get to the front of the queue. Staff didn’t appear to be trying to hurry the process. In saying that we came down an hour or so later to try and sort out access to each others rooms, and there was now 5 staff members and very happy to help, much more efficient than earlier.
The price of the room was the main draw card of staying here, I probably wouldn’t stay again. It’s very close to main motorway, not really easily walkable to locations like Luna Park and North Sydney restaurants."
"Best Hotel in Sydney Greta Service Nicely appointed rooms with every amenity friendly efficient staff small rooftop pool with great views of Opera House and Harbour nice lounge Bar with Happy Hour prefect the best location in Sydney Highly recommended"
"This hotel is unexpectedly good. Not only is the view very, very good, the facilities are very, very new, and very tasteful, but more importantly, the service is also very, very good. I usually don't like to review hotels, but this one is really very good, I can't help but comment manually, and the hotel breakfast is also very good, not a buffet, but a proper brunch, you can order it yourself, and it is also included in the hotel, it can be said to be very cost-effective, for three people staying in the suite, they will also make the bed in advance for three people to use"
"Enjoy our stay at Citadines .. Excellent services by all staffs … Always friendly & helpful. Big thanks to James at the front desk who helped with the luggages down to the car during check out ..
Convenient location.. The only comment is about the laundry. When I made the booking, it stated laundry is free and I am happy with that. However, found out it charges $4 each for washing and drying..
Other than that, all are good. Highly recommended .."
