The hotel is located in Akademi Park, which is about 20 minutes drive from Kisatsuzu, Chiba Prefecture. There is no resident population around. The hotel front desk will speak English and will not speak Chinese. On the first floor, there is a restaurant open until 8 o'clock. Breakfast can be served at an additional cost and ends at 10 o'clock. Not 24 hours hot water. It is far from all the sights, just like in the wilderness. But the air is really good. If you go shopping, shopping is not a good location. Ten minutes walk from the hotel, there is a 24-hour convenience store, lunch, and rice balls are delicious.

This is the second time I encountered this hotel during this trip. The room assigned this time is on the ground floor, so there is no need to carry heavy luggage up to the second floor. I chose to stay here again because the location is convenient and close to the outlet. There is a little less space on the ground floor than on the second floor.
