有點像民宿，遠離市中心的喧囂，環境很好。尤其推薦酒店附近的一家格魯吉亞菜，烤牛舌非常好吃！

Очень рекомендую домашний отель! Начиная с порога чувствуется забота и добродушие! Прекрасный матрас, после долгой поездки получилось отдохнуть! Завтраки, как дома. Спасибо большое за отдых. Обязательно буду рекомендовать!!!

新裝修，風格簡約，住着舒適，床墊較軟，窗外景色優美，庭院裏有水池，也養了好幾衹可愛的貓🐱，自助早餐味道不錯，工作人員熱情。

Очень уютно в данной гостинице. С завтраками вообще бомба получается. В хорошую погоду Эльбрус как на ладони. Контингент адекватный тоже. Сотрудники не пристают,ничего не навязывают. Уборка каждый день,всегда чисто. Рекомендую всем семейным!

Цена не соответствует качеству! Остановились на три ночи. Номер крошечный! Чемодан поставили и ходили бочком, запинаясь. Два дня не убирали номер и даже мусор! Пожаловались-убрали. Душ принять невозможно! Горячая вода заканчивается через минуту! Потом качели - то лед, то кипяток! Настроить невозможно. Полотенца старые, застиранные, драные. Кровати продавлены! Матрас сверху положили- как в гамаке спишь. Утром просыпались от лая собак! Звукоизоляция 🤦♀️ ,слышу как за стенкой кашляют и разговаривают. Включить телевизор- целый квест! Все виснет. Переключаешь программу и все начинаешь сначала. При бронировании просили 2 этаж. Мне 60 лет, мужу 75. Дали номер на 4! этаже, без лифта! Администраторы улыбаются, хлопают глазками, делают удивленные лица и не обращают внимание на наши просьбы. Красивый фасад и гнилое содержание. Интерьерный холл и столовая. Уютный дворик. Вкусные завтраки ( особое спасибо). Все это смягчает впечатление об отеле. Но второй раз я сюда не приеду и никому не посоветую! Есть отели рядом более комфортные и за меньшие деньги!!!

хороший отель, хорошие завтраки . расположение не очень хорошее, далеко от центра, но 120-150 руб такси выручает ,соотношение цена качество хорошее для остановки на 3-7 дней Питание вполне хорошее, понравились блинчики с мясом . кофе машина одна на всех . значит там всегда очередь за кофе. купите кофе машину еще одну или две. в ванной надо повесить хоть один крючек для одежды или халата, просто не куда его вешать . у нас был номер с 2мя окнами угловой на 2 стороны . очень удобно и один день прекрасный и солнечный утром перед нами светился снегом Эльбрус. потрясный вид , очень красиво . есть еще хорошая веранда летняя где мы завтракали , там же весь день можно работать на вай фае и пить чай кофе бесплатно без ограничений. такой коворкинг и отель ,

Очень грязно в обеденной зоне. Гости оставляют за собой горы грязной посуды в течении всего дня. Рядом с этой кучей мусора стоят «чистые» кружки в разводах от чая и с прилипшим сахаром. На вилках куски засохшей еды. Никто из сотрудников за этим не следит. Еще и плохие отзывы удаляют.
