The worst hospitality service ever. The check-out is at 10 o clock (even in their description is written 11), and at 10.04 minutes someone from the reception came knocking at the door because we were 4 late with check-out! We were putting our shoes to leave the room when the reception woman felt necessary to come and knok at the door at 10.04 minutes. Shame on you Sapphire blue suites for making your costumers feeling they are so not welcome. Please look on cameras and see how your reception employee is acting. You must know that in hospitality is about hospitality.

We were going to stay there this evening and tomorrow with my mother-in-law and my husband who was celebrating his birthday. Unfortunately my mother-in-law had a serious accident yesterday and ended up in the hospital 2 hours from the hotel. The reservation was non-refundable, even given the situation the hotel did not want to compromise and does not want to refund, it offered us to come back later...500 euros represented some savings, and the non-reimbursement which adds to the fee is just absurd given the difficulty of the situation. No compassion, profit above all! very disappointing ..

It was perfect. The staff is very kind. The rooms were clean, large and safe and there were excellent facilities. The location was perfect and the health center was next door. I will visit again soon

It is an excellent hotel, very nice and clean with excellent service, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is exquisite, a complete service, I would definitely return. The location is very central and supermarkets and restaurants nearby was a nice experience.

La pulizia e la tranquillità sono le caratteristiche principali di questa struttura gestita in maniera ottimale dal personale molto cordiale, sempre attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità di ombrellone e asciugamani per la spiaggia. Ampio parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. L’unica critica riguarda la qualità delle pentole, poche e tutte graffiate.

Les suites sont magnifiques. Hôtel de haute gamme. Accueil soigné. Jolie piscine. Nous avons pu commander un snack grâce à la gentillesse de la serveuse qui a traduit notre commande en grec. Seul bémol le prix élevé des apéritifs et les travaux d'agrandissement de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Nouvel hôtel au calme à 800 mètres du port de kissamos. Accueil parfait et excellents services. Les appartements sont très bien agencés et élégants. Krissa et son équipe sont adorables et toujours près à vous rendre service. Il est évident que lors d’un prochain voyage, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
