This was my second stay and loved it again. Big room, clean, and has everything you need. Stayed here for 12 days, i'm very active, and cook never on holiday so i didn't miss a kitchenette or something similar. It has a nice refrigerator, big enough is you are by yourself. I you want to use it, also a microwave. A lot of towels, and when you are out of towels you can get clean towels in the reception. Special thanks to Ralph, he helped me with my heavy suitcase when the elevator was not working. Great, thanks a lot! You wil defenitely see me again next time.

Perfect for a little husband and wife long weekend away for a wedding! Lots of food options and shopping close by, and loved the layout of the hotel with the pool and parking. Only complaint is my shower wasn’t all the way hot every time and I did let Sonder know to fix the issue for others.

Great place to stay! Only complaint was the lighting in the room wasn't very bright, could use some more lights in the main room area. The grounds were welcoming and the hot tub was hot! The complimentary shuttle to Epcot saved us having to drive after World Showcase. Lift prices are affordable and around $15 one way to any of the Disney Parks. Will definitely keep this resort on our list to return!

Everything was so clean and felt very safe and quiet. We loved the pool with lots of seating, umbrellas and complimentary towels. The outdoor spaces were great too! I was able to get a workout in everyday of my stay in the 24 hr. gym. Hope to have an excuse to come back soon!!

Beds were so comfortable and we were extremely happy with the room and pool. I would give cleanliness a 4/5 but nothing was bad, just not perfect. The pool and hot tub were perfection. We were happy to discover we had a fridge and microwave to heat up leftovers, and the kids were very happy with the options on the tv. We loved this Sonder. Everything was seamless.

Room was clean and stocked with a coffeemaker, kettle, microwave, iron/board, and small fridge. The hotel was not busy and quiet at night. Lots of food choices nearby (Giordano’s Pizza, Cheddars, Cracker Barrel, Chick-fil-a). Front staff were very helpful and lobby area was beautiful. I was attending a cheer competition/parks and didn’t have time for the pool or time in room. New outdoor furniture was being built on lawn. The only negative to my stay was the air conditioner smelling a bit musty which was solved by a plug in air freshener. For the price, it was a great stay!

We enjoy this hotel, have stayed numerous times. Nothing fancy, but clean, plenty of space, and close to Disney parks, food and shopping. Cant beat the price. Pool is large and has hot tub. Everything is via the app which is great, they answer quickly. We will stay again.

Great place to stay! Clean, friendly & helpful staff. Shuttle service was a plus, which helped tremendously while traveling with my disabled Mom to & from parks. Any questions or concerns answered quickly via chat. Thanks Sonder for making our time the best!

Room size was sufficient for a family of 4. There were these tiny bugs the size of a fruit fly everywhere. They were crawling on the bathroom sink and the countertop in the main room. It was very annoying and gross. The mattress protector was badly stained as well.
