The room smell like cigarette, my children has asthma, I have mentioned to the front desk, must be a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, there is no other option, the last guest must heavy smoker and smoke at the room.
We switch on fan and window and air con, but still smell strong. And the fan and air con is very noisy
The location is complicated, we call Uber, and Uber map can’t located the hotel. And they take long time to find the building because the map sign is mess.
Front gate and back gate got a sign mention open at 6:00am. but when our driver arrive the gate from 6:00, there are no one there, we wait 15mins, still no one open the gate, since we have early morning flight and we called to the reception, and they said they changed the open time 0700am.

This is so far the best accomodation that we got from our US trip this 2022. It feels like home. The amenities are superb that is why we extended our stay from 2 nights to 7 nights

Mystic Dunes will always be one of my favorites in Orlando. The staff are kind and loyal and the rooms are amazing. I strongly recommend it!

The service staff is friendly and patient. They provide shuttle service from the front desk to the room. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with daily knives and forks, washing machines and dryers. It is very friendly for home travel. There is a shuttle to Disneyland in the morning and evening. But the distance is not far. Uber is about $15 during non-peak hours. The club also provides free use of swimming pools, ball games, and golf equipment. It is a great and cost-effective accommodation experience.

A great holiday apartment hotel! Our family had a great holiday there. The room is big and all the equipment is new. It takes 15-30 minutes to drive to Disneyland, which is convenient for access and close to the nearby supermarket. The surrounding environment of the golf course is very comfortable. Because my wife loves to eat lunch, except for the problem with the range hood, everything else is very satisfactory! I highly recommend staying here for a family trip with a long stay.
