We are a family of 3 (son 2yr old) and visited the hotel in November 2024, the last week before the end of season. Given its end of season, it was very quiet, meaning we didn’t have to queue for anything and was very relaxed. I imagine in height of season there might be a little waiting time but you would imagine the same in any hotel. Pro’s / cons for a family with a 2 year old; Pro: - staff were incredibly kid friendly, very approachable and engaging - kids area is good, but maybe more suited for 3+ - lots of food available - general buffet food was really nice, clean and lots of variety - rooms were very nice and clean and accommodated our needs for a 2 year old - entertainment was good, again, end of season so probably not as much as normal - amazing views of the sea - I would advise spending the extra for a sea view room otherwise you face the car park - restaurants (Italian and green and grill) had brilliant food, would happily pay outside of the hotel for that standard Cons: - pools were a little cold, but not a dealbreaker - being end of season felt service lacked a little, didn’t get towels one day for our room, water wasn’t restocked in our room etc. - the hotel obviously runs as half board too, which means they have prices on menus which is confusing, and sometimes thing you would expect to be included aren’t for a 5* - not really a beach nearby (but not the hotels fault) although you can go snorkeling which is really great - play park was more for older children, could do with some swings and little slides. Overall we had a brilliant relaxing time, I would happily return.

We are delighted with this place. The entire staff deserves special praise; everyone is helpful and always ready with a smile. The grounds are beautiful, offering something for everyone to enjoy. The food is delicious, the waitstaff are wonderful, and the restaurants are high-quality with excellent drinks. There’s a bus stop near the hotel, making it easy to explore the area. Rooms are cleaned regularly. We highly recommend this place :)

I had such a lovely time at this stunning villa/hotel. First of i have to thank Helena, the patience and care you showed me in making sure my son and i were well accommodated for was touching. My 4 year old son is autistic & has adhd so it can be extremely difficult travelling with him & taking him out anywhere. Helena took my requests on board that was discussed prior via email and placed us in a perfect room location (also thank you for putting us in the upgraded room from the beginning, saved us having to change rooms when my mum joined us on our holiday). The hotel rooms were so clean! It was beautiful, the views, the different lounge areas, the food! It was all 10/10! I really hope im writing her name correctly karina or kare? In guest relations thank you so much for taking on my concern about the aircon in the room & getting it sorted for me in a timely manner and also coming back to check on us to see how we were all doing, i appreciate the care and support that my family & I were shown. I always love going to a spa when im on holiday and this hotels spa did not disappoint. They had a lovely indoor pool with jacuzzi, and my massage was outstanding! THE BEST MASSAGE I have had in a loong time, my body definitely needed it! Their male therapist (sorry im really bad with names) did such an outstanding job thank you so much! I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were amazing, helpful & caring. Hotel was so lovely and clean! The food was amazing, from the snack bars to the restaurants, fun local kid friendly places to take my son. He absolutely loved this hotel and his stay, he cried when we left and thats big for him! Arrived back in the UK last night after an amazing 7 days in this beautiful hotel. We were some of the first guests to arrive on its opening day! The staff made us feel so warmly welcomed and we were handed a glass of bubbles and flowers on arrival which was a lovely touch. The hotel is lovely and modern, it is also really clean. The food was superb - plenty of choice (caters to fussier eaters too). There was always a variety of tasty food, whether it was breakfast, snacks, lunch, or dinner. The Green and Grill was soooo tasty, and the burger restaurant was also amazing with great size portions. The staff in this hotel can’t do enough for you, they really are so pleasant and friendly. If you need anything - they will ensure to sort it as soon as possible. The rooms are also immaculate!! I used the Spa in the hotel twice. I had an anti-stress massage which was absolutely amazing. I also had a facial massage and foot massage which were so very relaxing. I would like to shoutout Katerina and Cleofe as they were absolutely brilliant. Such a relaxing and calming experience. I highly recommend! Overall, this hotel really is a fantastic place. I have no complaints. I will definitely be returning in the future (as I really miss this place already). Thanks to all the hard working and dedicated staff that make this place so wonderful!!! X

We had a 7 day all inclusive holiday at the Mare in Paphos. The hotel had just opened for the holiday season, the friendly and professional staff were quickly in their stride, greeting us with a warm welcome. You could tell it was going to be good from the start. The room was well appointed, modern with plenty of power points and also numerous phone and tablet charging points, this was a bonus as we had a few things to keep charged. The food in the main buffet restaurant was varied and very good but occasionally it could have been a little hotter. For our 7 nights we were entitled to 2 visits from a choice of the 4 A La Carte restaurants. Due to availability, we first dined in the ‘Gourmet Burger Club’, normally this would not be our choice and we went with low expectations, boy were we wrong, we were greeted by some lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us, the menu had a large choice of truly gourmet burgers and I opted for the ‘1937’, which was a version that first came to the UK, I loved it. I am not a burger person but this was a real treat and I shall visit again and will again book this option. Our second restaurant was the. ‘Green & Grill’, if you visit, book it immediately, the food was exquisite and I understand that the executive chef won a Greek tv competition similar to Master Chef and no wonder he did, we had an incredible meal. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location with a nice walk along the seafront, which we did frequently, there are nice pool areas which will suit all requirements. We had a fabulous holiday, made special by the lovely staff and well kept and presented hotel. We went in March, so weather a bit hit and miss but will definitely return again.

My wife and I had a fantastic break at the Mare Paphos Hotel. The staff were so helpful, very friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We also dined in the Green and Grill restaurant and had a very good experience. The only one point I would mention, and its nothing to do with the hotel is that there is not much to see within a reasonable walking distance, that said, this hotel is definitely worth a visit.

Lovely spa, Katezina and Cleofe were wonderful treating myself and my mum. Would 100% recommend the treatments. We had facials which were very hydrating and relaxing. The hotel is wonderful also. Lovely selection of food. The pools were still cold this time of year.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and lovely pools , food very good , especially the green & grill , and burger restaurants, we had outstanding meals in both. The staff are so lovely, very professional and couldn't do enough for us . Would highly recommend.
