●Best fish fingers ever... ●Very good fresh juices.... ●Great cuisine... ●Great service from Lavender It was a great evening with great hospitality. Almost met a group of happy birthday party.I belive they too had a blast evening. Bravo to the team. The juices were amazing.May be will need bigger glasses

Very good food and generally clean. The hotel staff were receptive and guidance was given for simple tasks. The business venues and meeting rooms were quite elaborate. Don’t open your window at night though, mosquitoes may have you for supper.

A shout out to the Sarova team for a lovely experience during our ICX conference. I would love to specially thank Chef Churchill for being so proactive and hands on. We had a really bad experience with our delayed breakfast order but he turned the whole situation around and it turned out to be a beautiful breakfast experience. He was keen on our buffet preferences and guidance on where we got confused. Kudos Churchill you are the perfect example of great customer experience experts.

Excellent service by Madel, Mwathi & Boniface, me and my family felt welcome from the moment we arrived, we enjoyed our stay and I would absolutely recommend Sarova Imperial to anyone seeking a restful weekend away from home. I will definitely be back.

The hotel has very friendly and welcoming staff. The food is nice, tasty and fresh. I particularly loved the lemon potato wedges and the ginger white tea for breakfast. The rooms are spacious, clean, cool, and smell heavenly. I hghly recommend.

Best hotel ever honestly. I loved the huge windows my room had and had no complaints whatsoever about the bedding. I also enjoyed the view from my room. I don’t think there’s anything i could change as a matter of fact.I will be back soon………………

Excellent all-round service. Lavenda Atienodischarges top of the eorld cudtomer fulfillment! My room is very clean and well lit. The shower is perfect. I regret not to have sampled your offerings before. I look forward to making your establishment my Go to place while in Kisimu.
