"I always use this hotel. The rooms are always cleaned, and although it depends on the time of day you use the large public bath, you can use it without it being crowded and you can relax. The free breakfast is also delicious and satisfying. The parking lot is large and easy to park in, and there are convenience stores nearby, so it's easy to go shopping. The staff are always very friendly, making it a comfortable hotel to stay at. It's a hotel I would definitely like to visit again."

"Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice."
