Nice hotel with fantastic buffet selection to pamper your family. The view from the room is wonderful too . I really enjoyed the hotel overall. The ofuro is wonderful too.

Hotel was good but The food wasn’t good . Their buffet dinner was worst in taste . They give lot’s of side dish whereas very little main dish..

Wonderful . We wish we could spend more time there.
I visited 五色沼40 years ago with my father, this time I came with my daughter.
The hotel is absolutely perfect, it is all anyone wants from a beautiful hotel at the beautiful location.

Great accommodation experience. If you know how to ski, you can ski nearby. The mountain view is spectacular and the open-air hot spring is very comfortable!

If you don’t make any outings and just walk around in the hotel without doing anything else, it’s also very relaxing and comfortable to soak in a hot spring, eat breakfast and dinner buffets, and browse the gift shop in winter.
