We had a marvelous three night stay…beautifully designed bungalows with gorgeous views and delicious breakfast every morning. We particularly appreciated the incredibly kind and attentive service from Penny and Natasha. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and pampered. Don’t forget to book a massage with Dean…amazing!

Beautiful and clean hotel, has everything you need in order to make you feel like home. The lady that prepared our breakfast was generous and amazing!!!Loved everything about this hotel , would definitely visit again .

Everything is just perfect. From the secluded spot where the Retreat “is hidden” through the beauty of the suite, the stunning views and the privacy to the caring staff, the delicious breakfast. My husband and I have travelled a lot but this is one of the few jewels we came across. Penny and Natasha; we’ll be back!

The Astarti is located in the middle of untouched nature, the beautiful location on a hill offers a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains; you can start hiking or running directly from the hotel (Kythira is hilly, so it's a paradise for trail runners) or walk straight down to the bay of Fourni Beach. The beautiful house also invites you to simply relax in the villa; here you can do yoga, read in the pool, write, think, spin ideas - it is an incredibly inspiring, beautiful place with well thought-out architecture; Penny and Nataly are incredibly friendly and helpful... Heartfelt recommendation for lovers of design and Greek islands with authentic people
