Very dissatisfied. It was still dark. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the lights of the snowplow shone into the room, in front of the room, and back and forth, which affected my sleep very much! I was woken up and couldn't fall asleep. It went back and forth for at least half an hour! The service was terrible.

Everything was good. I was also glad that I learned how to make a fire! The staff told us that we could roast marshmallows in tiipii and gave us extra marshmallows. But the stove was cold and there was no fire. Later, an employee helped us to light the fire, but after she left, the kindling went out and the wood did not light. To roast the marshmallows, we tried to make a fire ourselves and finally lit the wood after 20 minutes of effort. Roasting marshmallows was delicious and fun.

nice igloo, toiletries nice, food awfull really not for us and no choice to order anything else. had to pay for tap water in restaurant. raw fish and deer. people not told to turn there lights off which spoilt our photos. not value for money. marshmallows were a nice touch and fire. not much privacy when on the toilet from main room, and shadows of bodies when in bathroom. main building lit up too much to get decent photos causing light pollution. all that said that we saw the light which were amazing

My daughter and I stayed here for one night earlier this week. What a nice, comfy place to stay with great views. Beds were ridiculously comfy. The entire back half of the igloo and roof is glass and you have unobstructed views. The hot water is awesome...some of the best hot water in any hotel I've stayed in. The main inn was nice and cozy. They had coffee, hot chocolate and a restaurant. The food was presented great and to us, it was good, but just not something we are used to. There was nothing wrong with it, we just don't eat a lot of Lappish-style food. I would absolutely stay here again. We unfortunately didn't get to see the Northern Lights, but you can't predict nature.

The overall experience was incredible! The food, the service, the staff. The igloo was equiped with everything needed! I am sure that anyone who stays here will feel the magic of the Arctic Circle. I want to mention the spectacular food. The chef deserves a Michelin star.

I took my partner to Levin Iglut for 2 nights as a surprise proposal and had the most perfect trip. Not only was the location, accommodation, food and scenery incredible, but the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, helping me plan the trip via email for two months prior to arrival. We had the 5-course menu at Utsu both nights and we're massively appreciative that the chefs curated an entirely different set menu just for us on our second night. The breakfast was also great. It had hints of a European 'continental' breakfast but with rich, local additions such as wild berries and smoked salmon. As for lunch, I would highly recommend paying for the 'Lappish Delicates for two' prior to arrival, this was a great selection of local foods and perfect for snacks between breakfast and dinner. The room itself was extremely warm and well-equipped, particularly considering the remote location. Around the hotel, we utilised local walks, a warm tiipii with an open fire, and the private sauna and hot tub — all great. Finally, our trip was made 1 of a kind by Erkki, who runs 'Artic House Safari' and provides private tours from the hotel. He picked us up from the airport in his lovely Landrover, spent Saturday taking us to the top of the mountain and capturing beautiful photos of the proposal, then out hunting the northern lights Saturday evening, and back to the airport Sunday. At every step, he went over and above expectations to make the trip as perfect as possible. Just the coolest, nicest guy. Will be returning in the early spring to see more of the snow, go skiing and see the huskies. Can't wait.

Stayed here with my wife as part of a week-long trip to Finland in February 2025. We were here for 3 days as part of the "relaxing" part of the trip, as opposed to the first part of the trip which was in Helsinki and more of the "get up and go" mentality. Levin Iglut was beautiful, relaxing, classy, and fulfilled everything we expected and hoped for. We stayed in one of the larger igloos. Upon arrival and throughout the stay, all staff was polite and helpful. The food at Utsu was delicious and well-prepared, with a wine pairing to go along with dinner. We spent most of the time in our Igloo or on the premises, since a cab ride to the City Center/Mountain was about 35-40 Euros. We bought a few groceries and enjoyed using the small kitchen in the Igloo. Just be aware that, if you do stay here, it is quote remote and you will need transportation to get anywhere else you would like to visit in the Levi area. A nice, relaxing time here.

The igloos are very cool, especially if you are lucky enough to see the Northern Lights. If not they are still nice to hang out in. The location is close enough to the ski fields and town that you will be bothered by light pollution, but not close enough to be convenient, they do provide any shuttle bus. A taxi can cost up to 30 Euro each way - another cost each day on top of the crazy high cost of the igloo. Staff are hit and miss, some in the restaurant are terrible and there are new faces every day. Even the better permanent staff don't bother to remember your name or igloo number even if you stay a while (don't expect any special treatment for a special occasion other than a free chocolate). Breakfast is really good but we did not enjoy the dinner menu, and it changes back to the same food after 2 days.
