If anyone books here be aware of possible overbooking or legends from hotel management of unprocessed website payments or similar fairytales. You’ll be relocated in this case instead of room types chosen and booked by you into the backyard chicken cells where normally local staff resides. By the way air conditioning isn’t functional properly if at all, electricity is missing for significant part of the daylight time, so forget staying in the room for a short nap in the cold room after the heat on the beach. Fans are useless because they are not large or powerful enough to stop you sweating. Some mold can be found on walls and ceiling, you will not like breathing it. Our experience was awful. I would never recommend it since we were refused to be checked into the room we wanted. Nobody would expect flying half of the world to get a pig in a poke.

The food was okay, but we were overcharged by $15. When we brought this to their attention, they refused to refund the difference. Additionally, they calculated their own tax rate instead of using the official one, which felt unfair. Unfortunately, this left us with a negative impression of the experience.

If I could give Zero stars I would. The rooms are absolutely filthy, full of dead bugs, dust and no air conditioning. Worst of all no power (lights) or running water. Staff were rude. I am sure if we had not went to Filao Beach Hotel instead we would of contracted some kind of food sickness. Tripadvisor and Travelocity should not be supporting this accomodation as we were forced to lose our money and spend extra on a habitable hotel. This place looks better in the photos which are highly misleading.

The most favorite place in Kiwengwa. I spend a lot of time here and I really love it! wonderful place right on the beach, the owner Peter is a amazing person and all the staff here are very nice and helpful. It's like my home here and I highly recommend it. Food, drinks, sunbeds 10/10. 😍🌴

The place is right by the public beach by there’s security so no one disturb you while you enjoying the beach an d the sun. It’s affordable, with friendly staff who are always available to help. Robbie was so kind and I got elevated to a better room for free. Cannot wait to one back

This one from a many bars on the Kiwengwa beach where you can chill in peace, enjoy the vibe, lay on free sunbeds and watch the world pass by. We were here a few times, to eatdrink, but mainly for the atmosphere. Great place to come to if you are in the area

Peter e Rachele ti accolgono e ti coccolano in un posto splendido informale familiare davanti al mare con una marea di ragazzi simpaticissimi pronti a darti una mano per tutto o semplicemente a chiacchierare come vecchi amici dopo 5 minuti. Bar ristorante ed escursioni tutto nel posto dove dormi e a prezzi molto buoni. Vacanza da rifare e rifare.

L'emplacement en front de mer avec transats et un jardin très arboré donc beaucoup d'ombre, ce qui est très appréciable. Personnel très agréable. Restaurant très correct ainsi que les prix. Malheureusement, la chambre et SDB ne sont pas à la hauteur = état général très vétuste et abimé, avec une forte odeur de renfermé/humidité. La climatisation ne fonctionne presque pas et le ventilateur est dans un état déplorable...
