The hotel is so good.We are coming first time but we advise for everyone. Especially this season is so relax comfortable and enjoyable with animation team . Personel is polite and friendly.The guest relations manager also so friendly and helpful.When you come to the hotel all personel trying to make your holiday as good as possible. The new building is wonderful with swim up room. In buffet you can find good choices and tastes .I will come again.

It was a great hotel, friendly, clean, good food and amazing kids club. There were two animators from Rusia (sorry forgot your name) that were amazing, even though my kids are small and do not speak englis,german or rushian, animators made sure they were included in all activities. Thank you!

I stayed for a week. I came here after reading the hotel's comments, but don't be fooled by the bad comments. It's a compact hotel. The food is sufficient in variety and I think it's very delicious. The staff and managers are very attentive and friendly. If you have a problem, it's solved immediately. I stayed in a standard room, but the room isn't very important to me. I always spend my time at the sea and the pool. A new building has been added to the hotel. I don't care about the room. Large families should choose that place. I think the cleanliness is very good. I think the best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff and guest relations managers. I will come again.

The hotel was immaculately clean, and the most variety and choice of food I've ever seen. Spotless private beach, couldn't fault it. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day and the little touches were definitely noticed. The staff, particularly entertainment staff, were the best I've ever met... always happy, helpful, have time for you or will leave you to relax. They sincerely want you to have the best holiday for you. We are definitely returning to this hotel next year and we hope the same staff will be there!

I am coming from England.I was stayed one week.But I think that it is not enough time for this hotel.I were extended my Holliday.The Personal was extremely perfect and friendly much more helpful.The hotel kitchen was very tasty and alots of alternatives.The kitchen personel was very nice.The service is Top.I advise for everyone.I come back again and also I will advise my friends to come this hote.

The room is spacious and the staff are very friendly! Will 100% be coming back. My only mistake was not bringing my family and friends with me, as they have seen many pictures and videos and are dying to come over! The food is amazing and the beach is to die for!
