Unfortunately, the holiday we spent at Starlight Hotel was far below our expectations. Although the physical facilities of the hotel seemed impressive at first glance, the service quality was not at the same level. Room cleaning was insufficient, and although we requested, the deficiencies were not corrected for a long time. The reception staff was indifferent and did not display a solution-oriented approach. Last year Mr. Sadik was there and he helped us a lot, but he is not there this year. They currently have spoiled guest relations. too bad The restaurant part was also disappointing. The food was poor in variety and the lack of hygiene was noticeable. It was almost impossible to find a table, especially during crowded hours. Bar service was slow and reluctant; most of the staff didn't seem willing to communicate. It was not possible to get support from the guest relations team; Our demands were ignored. In general, the hotel definitely does not offer value for the money you pay. It was a facility that I would not consider choosing again. There are many aspects that need to be improved.

Sunrise hotel was so good. The hospitality was amaizing. The managers in the dining room were very kind and attentive, always asking us what we needed. The food was the best. We were amazed by all the staff of the workplaces because they all treated us very well. The information and reception part were good as well. We also had a great time with the photographer Marcus, who was very kind with us and dedicated to his work.

Spending 7 days in Sunrise hotel after very intensive tour around Turkey (including Istanbul and Cappadocia). I wanted a hotel with large green area and got more than I expected. Area is huge. Most important: Best food I have ever had on all inclusive holidays. People very friendly. Place is very safe. Very nice beach area. Evening entertainment is top class. Bar with coffee is one of the best!

The Barkeeper Enise is the Best in the Hotel. The drinks are perfekt. Double Raki on ice șalgam. You musst Taste this Drink. All the staff accommodating and the food is very good . Everything is clean and well maintained. I would come back anytime

We had a great vacation at the hotel. It is the second time we went to the Sunrise Resort. Last year we stayed at the Starlight hotel and this year in the Sunrise Resort. Fırat from the Guests Relations was really helpful with everything. We got a free early check in and a free upgrade to a room with sea view. The animation team of this year was really good. Especially Diana and Munira are super nice and friendly!! We had a great time together. The food in the Sunrise hotel is good. We also liked the Mongolian A La Carte restaurant, we went there two times. The parties at the hotel are big and have good music, they also have great evening shows at the amfi teather. The only thing is that the room cleaning and WiFi can be better.

Visited this hotel with family of 4 children. Quite terrible servise as there is no peace at night. Few persons were very loud through night and security didn't do anything, despite several times claimed. It is not normal, that all other quests have to suffer, because few persons want to have fun loudly in the night.

We've been staying at this hotel for 4 years in a row Food, beach, staff - all good. I would especially like to note the work of the beach lifeguard Ismail (a very responsible young man: with such lifeguard, you can really feel safe. The only thing that upset me this year was the cleaning of the room.

Stayed in the Club Family room, extremely comfortable, very solid mattress which were perfect for us! Location was great lovely accommodation in perfect settings! Plenty of food options with the buffet restaurant, numerous snack bars, selection of wonderful A La Carte's Can have a different day with so many pools, always able to get a sun bed, would be nice to have a few chairs around the pool, as my husband doesn't like a sunbed. It is slippery around the pool and could do with a few more Blue rubber mats for safety! We had a few days in the Secret Garden Pavilions, they are amazing and worth the extra cost! with waiter service for food and drinks all day, your private space with good shade or sun loungers in the direct sun or with shade, ample towels and mini bar and lovely waterfall pool with in pool sun loungers All the staff as happy and welcoming, guest services are amazing and very pro-active! It is a very eastern European hotel, with very few British, which we liked There was a lot of entertainment, we didn't attend much, but all we saw was good!
