The children's pools are unheated, even though the hotel told me otherwise before departure.
We were only allowed one à la carte restaurant, contrary to what the website indicated. No one spoke French. Don't forget the tips... they ask for them if you forget! I've never seen this before, being used to traveling, it was quite shocking.

Definitely is not family friendly . As we arrived more than 500 SINGLE Turkish man’s came to hotel and made everyone uncomfortable especially women’s young and old they took pictures of women in Bikinis . It wasn’t very nice at all. And hotel didn’t do anything about it

Everything in the hotel is perfect on the upper field, everything is very nice, food, room service and Berke who is at the bar 24/7 helped us about the hotel and made all the cocktails I ordered, thank you very much. Q Thank you for everything, see you again, goodbye

The hotel is great but is totally geared for the Russian market. Even the staff asked what we were doing at that hotel because that is a “Russian Hotel”. Front desk couldn’t understand English at all and we had to write even our room number just so they could understand, had to use a translator or show pictures to try to get them to understand us. Most hotel staff were Russian. Food was focused on the Russian taste, however there was a selection and we managed to find options everyday. It just didn’t offered us any wow. Hotel complex was amazing, extremely clean and well staffed. Waiters were very helpful and supportive. I’m not happy that wasn’t anywhere stated about the Russian tourist crowd as would be up to me to choose if I had went or not.

Very family friendly hotel with great and helpful staff. There are a lot of activities for kids and adults during the day and evening. There are toys for kids inside. You won't get bored. Absolutely recommended Puppies Side Club, Selen and the others.

This resort is by far the best one I’ve visited with my family since 2016. The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially the Guest Relations team. A special thanks to Ms. Maryam, who was incredibly kind, elegant, and helpful. She assisted us in changing our room to one with a breathtaking view — and it was perfect! I also want to thank Svetlana, Yulia, Raxsona, Janna, and Mr. Hassan Ali, who was exceptionally respectful and professional in his communication and manners. The rest of the resort team was just as amazing. The food was very delicious and varied, and the drinks were of excellent quality. Without a doubt, I will definitely return to this resort again!

I recently stayed at the Selectum Family Comfort hotel in Turkey, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious and varied, especially at the buffet. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable holiday – perfect for families.

The hotel has great entertainment for children — lunapark, mini club, and aquapark were all a hit. Food was quite good and bar staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the first room we got smelled of mould and had visible damp damage. Bed linen was torn, towels were dirty multiple times, and no soap was restocked for three days. After complaining, we were moved to a better room, but overall, hygiene and maintenance need serious attention. Lifeguards varied — some attentive, others uninterested. Lovely location, but not up to 5-star standards.
