The hotel rooms smelled of smoke and were extremely hot. Windows can be opened, but then the smoke and the loud people float into your room. The hotel is placed on the third and fourth floor of a building with a small elevator that fits two people with both of their suitcases. No employee attendant from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Rooms are greatly impacted by loud people. The beds are soft, but the pillows are flat and very uncomfortable. The showers and sinks take a long time to get warm water to take a shower. Breakfast is beautiful, but many things are not available after 7 am with large groups of people. The hotel is a short walk to the train which may be the best thing only.

We got locked out of our room on the first night, after going out for dinner. As the reception shuts at 8pm, we rung the emergency number on the card, which went to voice mail. We left two messages, to date no one has returned our call, and so we slept on the sofas in the reception! No apology, and after persistence, I got my money back for the night. The hotel needs to review its out of hours procedure. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast good. However I would question whether its really a 4 star venue.

I prepayed €190 for my room, unfortunately due to sickness I wasn’t able to make my reservation, cancellation and a refund was refused, I tried to move my reservation forward by a day and despite them having availability, this also was refused. If you want to experience a disaster of a hotel, book here, they are quite simply as bad as it gets!!!!

Poor four stars, friendly staff but zero room cleanliness, there were hairs from I don't know who or I don't know what everywhere, dirty carpet, a smell of cigarettes and towels not replaced, you could smell the damp smell they gave off... breakfast good even if not very sweet, the location was excellent... but I would say more of a two star... an experience not to be repeated

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. General: The hotel is very neglected, there is a lot of broken furniture, plants are wilted, a curtain is used as a tablecloth in the lobby. Not very inviting. The bar closes at 8 p.m. Rooms: One of the rooms was still dirty from the previous occupant when we arrived, the staff were pretty indifferent. The rooms were generally in a bad condition, the carpet was never vacuumed in the 5 days we were there. Luckily we had a room in the courtyard, which was very quiet. Breakfast: Only the breakfast was great, the gentleman who had to do everything himself made a lot of effort.

Albergo situato al 3 e 4 piano di un condominio e francamente ho fatto un po' di fatica a trovare l'ingresso. La gestione dell'albergo è un po' approssimativa e con un po' di sforzo si potrebbe fare molto meglio . Ad esempio ci hanno dato le chiavi della stanza ma non siamo potuti entrare perchè era ancora da pulire. Comunque è abbastanza vicino al centro e il costo del parcheggio e la colazione erano incluse nel costo della camera. Conclusione: economico ma non ti prende il cuore.

Rezeption, Zimmer, Frühstücksraum und Frühstück waren okay. Das kann man von der Lage leider nicht sagen - wir waren froh, dass unser Auto in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden konnte... Die Dachterrasse war schmutzig und die Pflanzen verdorrt; der Mitarbeiter rauchte lieber seine Zigarette, als das Öffnen eines Sonnenschirms anzubieten; sein Tipp war, ganz nach hintenzu gehen, dort gebe es eventuell Sitzplätze im Schatten. Sehr schade
