We visited the hotel for the third time, but it seems to be the last, because the husband was bitten by bedbugs. We stayed in room 309. Upon request, the room was changed, but we didn't even receive a verbal apology either at the time or upon departure. We would suggest choosing another hotel if you want to protect your health and good mood.

Friendly hotel, nice and pleasant room with decoration reminiscent of the region. Very comfortable bedding, very quiet room, quiet hotel environment and very close to the old town and the port. Parking at the secure hotel Very good value for money

Beautifully decorated hotel. Beds were comfortable, kettle and hairdryer available in the room but a fridge would be nice. Walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast was ok (as a gluten-free vegan I always managed to find something (mostly beans and vegetables)). On the downside, wifi was slow and sometimes not working at all. But all this was outweighed by all the books everywhere.

This hotel has a impression. On the one hand the lobby is well designed. On the other hand I’ve got the feeling that the money for the decoration was over after the lobby :) The room was shabby and the mattress was so awful that I had a back ache after the night. The breakfast was without any porridge, a cottage cheese, honey and other things which are obvious at the hotel breakfasts. But the staff at the reception was commendable and helpful. They suggested me additional blankets and the heater. Such a dual, as I mentioned Ed impression I have after the staying in that hotel. Sincerely yours, Artur

The internet is slow, there are smoking rooms and there is no smoking area, there is no complimentary water, mini-fridge etc. in the rooms, there is only a kettle, cups and coffee. It is a hotel that you can only use to sleep and get away. Breakfast options are incredibly limited.

Location was okay but the rooms were not cleaned or not cleaned sufficiently. At breakfast you had to be careful that your plate was not removed from under your nose. Breakfast choice was subpar, there just wasn't much choice. Another disadvantage of this hotel is that there is no bar to relax in the evening. The rooms on the top floor are in need of renovation.

Einfaches Hotel am südl. Rand der Altstadt reicht völlig für fußläufige Stadtbesichtigung. Buchung & Check-In bei freundlichem Empfang komplikationslos. Gratis Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Vorne mittelmäßig befahrene Nebenstraße, hinten Kindergarten. Zimmer einfach & sauber. Dusche & Waschbecken klein. Wenig Steckdosen. Deutsche Stecker passen. Frühstück überwiegend herzhaft warm & kalt. Nur Toastbrot. Leckere Croissants. Billiger Wurst- & Käseaufschnitt. 2 Espressomaschinen. 75 € fürs DZ sind völlig OK.
