Great place to stay if you’re skiing in the area of Klosters and Davos. The hotel team are superb and really go out of their way to ensure your holiday is an enjoyable one, the hotel is spotlessly clean and , we were collected from the station by the hotel mini bus and everything was explained to us on check in, room was large and the bathroom too making things very comfortable. Swimming pool and area has been beautifully updated. Residents upstairs restaurant was very efficient and traditional , food was hearty and varied through the week, I couldn’t understand the table water service charge though at 3 chf per day , seemed a lot for a jug of tap water (a minor point in the grand scheme of things) . The staff tried to ensure adult groups were separated from family groups where possible as this is a very family orientated hotel so be prepared for lots of children during your stay. In summary and on the whole though a wonderful and excellent holiday thankyou Hotel Sport team!! If I were to make two suggestions for the hotel , I would have preferred an adults only hour swim session at the end of each day 6pm to 7pm as lane swimming was almost impossible with the level of children playing in the water. The ski and boot room did not have enough warm boot racks. Hotel residents were placing non ski footwear on the warmer racks to “reserve” them for the day as everyday they were full. We took our boots back to the room each night to keep warm for the morning , again not the end of the world but worth mentioning.

A great hotel - so great we actually stayed an extra night! We are. Family of 5…2 adults and 3 sons. This hotel has so much to offer, close to the ski lifts, buying ski passes, fantastic restaurant, lots of non ski activities - bowling on site, large hall for football, great swimming pool, billiards….fantastic to be kept entertained! The staff are amazing! Each and every person we met were so friendly and helpful…reception, cleaners restaurant staff, John who helped us with our luggage et . Super helpful and fantastic customer service. We will go back..either before ski season has ended this year or even in spring/summer. Totally recommend. We stayed and had half board…food was wonderful and out boys loved the kids buffet. If you have kids, you will have a fantastic stay at this hotel. Can’t wait to go back!!!
