"The location was good and it was convenient for access to many areas. You can eat breakfast quite a bit. The room was large and I felt like a celebrity. I always use it with confidence."
"Not bad, stayed several times and overall was quite satisfied. Convenient, clean and comfortable hotel. The main thing is that the price is not too high, and business trips and tourism are acceptable."

GGuest UserFound the hotel due to its location on I75 and needed an overnight stop on a roadtrip. Wow, what a find! The staff are amazing- so helpful and engaging. It’s clear they are proud of their work in hospitality (rightfully so.) Whatever the management is doing, it is magic.

Ccabersky aca-acThe staff was great. Loved the room. The ability to enter the hotel if you parked on the 2nd floor of the parking was a great plus. The only issue I had was the noise from the late night traffic. I would stay there again.
GGuest UserThe a/c was so loud, with a metal rattling sound, that we couldn't sleep. So, we had to turn off the a/c, and woke up too warm, in the middle of the night. Breakfast area was too small; we couldn't get a table. Front Desk staff were excellent.
KKrisxx313I have been a daily customer for about a month now while i have some personal things going on. I’ve had no issues thus far and have always considered Microtel my first choice as a room especially if one is on a budget. The staff have been been here for years and are very kind. It’s a safe and conveniently located hotel, breakfast in the morning, sometimes early check in as long as you just call and ask ahead of time it’s usually fine, comfy sheets and bed, the cleaning staff does an excellent job and are very nice.
RRodriguezThe location is kinda in a weird spot but it’s easy to find. It’s about 15 min from downtown Knoxville. The rooms need to be updated and the pillows are small (there little squares).
The hotel is good if you need to stay for a night and just lay your head.
The average price for hotels in Knox County is AED 610 on weekdays, and AED 691 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
