Very nice hotel, clean, bright and convenient, right on campus. Parking is $ 20, which is a bit expensive. UTK is much more beautiful than when I was studying, I like it. Cumberland Avenue in front of the hotel is wider and cleaner than before.

The staff was great. Loved the room. The ability to enter the hotel if you parked on the 2nd floor of the parking was a great plus. The only issue I had was the noise from the late night traffic. I would stay there again.

The hotel is clean and tidy, a five minute walk from the University of Tennessee. Fifteen minutes walk from the town center. Very nice hotel. The breakfast on the first floor was good and the price was not expensive.

Great location out of the hustle and bustle during a sold out Vols game. Great room. Only complaint, sleeper sofa not good mattress, really bad springs. Other than that, really great.

It was ok just had a problem of some odd activity outside and I don’t wanna be outside at night

The hotel room was pleasant and had everything we needed. Clean and very organized.

The room is clean and is big then what I thought would be.... My kids slept so good they didn't even wanna wake up. We didn't have breakfast because we was still sleeping lol. But yes I will be staying here again when I come back
