Nice and clean friendly and there is places to eat in walking distance .I work out of town every week and I stay in this hotel quite a bit

Would have been nice if motel staff would have recognized a potential problem of putting a family with an infant next to other guests. Other than that, the place was clean, continental breakfast, great service.

The stay itself was ok. No breakfast due to the pandemic but people outside and in smoking areas were not worried about the pandemic. The outside areas weren't very clean at all, drug baggies, pipe packaging, just another east tn thing. Unfortunately.

Highly recommend. The room wasn’t big but it was just my friend and I so we were very comfortable. Very clean. The people at the reception desk were friendly,helpful, and respectful. The housekeeper I ran into was very nice. 10/10. If you’re staying in Knoxville I highly recommend staying here great experience.

The staff was great. Loved the room. The ability to enter the hotel if you parked on the 2nd floor of the parking was a great plus. The only issue I had was the noise from the late night traffic. I would stay there again.

Walked into a clean and inviting environment, the best part of our visit was how friendly the staff were at the check in. Great Hampton/Hilton facility. Spacious, suite, large bath, separate coffee/bar nook. All modern amenities. And sooo clean. The staff is beyond pleasant. Delightful check in with Perry. Would stay here again. This is the nicest Hampton so far on our 2-week trip.

Clean and very nice
