It's very convenient to walk to *** Street. There's also a bus stop nearby, so I used it.

The hotel is clean and tidy, a five minute walk from the University of Tennessee. Fifteen minutes walk from the town center. Very nice hotel. The breakfast on the first floor was good and the price was not expensive.

Hotel seemed a bit run down and there was a bad smell in the lobby. Not many options at breakfast. Rooms were spacious though.
