The design is thoughtful and the view is great. You can sit on the balcony and have breakfast while looking at the sea view. Driving is very close to the central area and feels safer.

Fantastic attention to detail. They even remembered our preferences from our visit 2 years ago. The breakfast choices were extensive and all food was well prepared. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We'll be back!

What an absolute treat to be able to stay here for two nights. There were 4 couples and we each had magnificent suites of slightly different sizes but none of us felt we missed out. The staff were so friendly and pleasant - couldn’t do enough for you. At 4pm they have afternoon tea for an hour - the most delicious cakes and your choice of coffee or tea. At 6pm they have drinks and nibbles. Whilst they don’t have dining, they do serve a delightful breakfast. Would we stay here again - yes, yes.

Fab, great, brilliant and whatever other words you want to use for this lovely place. You are looked after from the moment you arrive until you leave. Afternoon tea at 4pm followed by cocktail hour at 7pm - both were a surprise to us and they were lovely. You order your breakfast in advance and can have it in your room or on the terrace, and it was superb, the best breakfast of anywhere we stayed in South Africa over a 2 week period. It was all super fresh and served with care. We were spoiled and we loved it. Sadly we only stayed one night but would love to go back for a longer stay next time.

Possibly the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The decor and facilities are so well thought out and stunning. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, really good size as well to unpack. The views of knysna and also stunning, you can see the whole lagoon. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well, the place had a really calm and lovely energy. The breakfast and afternoon team provided were also exquisite. Wish we could have stayed longer!

What a warm and friendly hosts and staff that go the extra mile , all first class. The breakfast was from another world, tasty, fresh and made with love. High quality beds and good working airco. Do not look any further, make a reservation, you will not regret.

Absolutely wonderful 4 night stay. The rooms are beautiful, with great thought and attention to detail. Complimentary drinks and fruit. Lovely and quiet, a tranquil oasis and absolute perfection. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and we were made to feel incredibly welcome and special. We were sorry to leave after 4 nights, but wont hesitate to return. Thank you for making our holiday extra special

The level of service provided in particular by Beauty is excellent. Everybody has been caring and welcoming. All advices are highly appreciated and relevant for activities or restaurants. The breakfast was just delicious and generous. The level of service and the view of the bedroom just amazing !

Our suite was spacious, bright and with a stunning view across the lagoon from our balcony. Nothing seemed too much trouble and lots of extras including a free happy hour made us feel really well looked after. It's situated in a quiet residential area lovely for an early morning walk before a fabulous breakfast served on our balcony. Only drawback was the return back up the hill after our evening meals in Knysna, but of course we could have got a taxi!
