Hotel located on the roadside, but close to the beach and good restaurants. Clean rooms. We had to request a room change because the one we were assigned did not correspond to our reservation (room 210 without a window), which was possible on the 3rd day. The hotel is poorly soundproofed, a lot of noise in the corridors. The reception is very disappointing, after several months of traveling in Thailand, this is our worst experience. The owner, known for his hospitality, did not say a single word to us in 10 days and the people at the reception often had difficulty saying hello. On the other hand, the cleaning ladies and the rest of the staff were lovely. We come to Koh Lanta every year and you can find other hotels with much better quality/price and especially with a warm welcome.
