I found this hotel to be very nice and has great beach access. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small bungalow style and there is a nice pool. They cater for a whole cross section of people including families and have a kids club also. For couples looking for a romantic getaway I would probably choose some where else due to the closeness of the rooms and little children running around and yelling. I would stay here again

Was Great last year (24) but unfortunately standards ad attitudes have dropped considerably this year Male Staff Rude, Restaurant closes 21.30 Sharp during peak time or else! Restaurant also Over priced with cheaper options close by Not as clean rooms as last year Generally a Not-so-Friendly Place as previously

We saw a TikTok of this place and booked immediately. We stayed for 3 days and had the best time of our trip so far. Staff are wonderful and friendly. We rented a ped from them on our first day with no trouble. The food was amazing. Rooms were cute. Bathroom is like a sauna and not overly pleasant but can’t complain at the price! We arrived around 3pm when the sea was out and you can see the rocks. So we knew how far we could get in when the sea did come in. Beautiful sunsets. Nice bars along the beach front. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

For us (couple in their late 20’s) this was fantastic. We stayed 4 nights and regretted not staying more. The bungalow we stayed in was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Spacious bathroom and a great hammock out the front. If I had one complaint it would be that the seats on our little deck although look cool were very uncomfortable and that’s me being very picky. We loved that the bottled water provided each day was in recycled glass bottles. The pool and restaurant area are amazing. The deck to watch the sunset was an absolute highlight. The beach was not busy at all and the water was crystal blue. Each night they provide a bbq on the sand with options of local caught whole fish, prawns, squid, chicken/beef skewer and a help yourself buffet salad. We had this one night, got a whole pink snapper, 4 big tiger prawns, a coal roast potato and plenty of salad and paid roughly 300 baht all up. We were very impressed it was delicious. Cannot recommend this place more. Especially for families. We lazed by the pool in the afternoon and watched the tide go out and expose the rocks and sand of the sea floor. See the difference between low and high tide in my photos. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter through them and it was easy to do (250 baht a day), also booked our next movements to Trang through the office here too. All round great experience and place. It will be sad to see Lanta as a whole turn into a tourist hub. Go south to the national park and do the 2km walk. It was my favourite thing I’ve done here.

When we arrived to the hotel we found BED BUGS in our hotel room! When we asked to switch rooms, the staff was unapologetic and rude. After insisting, we switched rooms only to wake up with bites all over our stomach!!!

We stayed here for three nights in first week of January. It was a nice stay overally, staff was helpfull and nice from the beginning. and They organized us boat tickets and also we had scooter for a day, which was convenient to get that directly from hotel. Our accommodation was small 12 square meter bungalow : it was clean and in quite good shape, although bit dark and small. Price for that could be slightly lower. In the evening there was a fireshow just front of restaurant, and we had some tasty grilled fish.

The New Coconut on Koh Lanta is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The bungalows are modern and comfortably furnished and have air conditioning, a refrigerator and a kettle. The complex is very beautiful and well-maintained. Families with children are welcome, but they mostly stay by the pool, so the atmosphere remains calm and relaxed. There are no parties here. The evening fish BBQ on the beach is a highlight and the staff is well organized, friendly and helpful - which can hardly be underestimated. The beach is long and sandy and there are free beach chairs. However, the sea retreats a long way at low tide. So swimming is only possible at certain times, but that's not really a problem. We would come back!

Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte auf Koh Lanta im Lanta New Coconut und waren sehr glücklich über unsere Wahl. Mit unserer 2-jährigen Tochter haben wir einen Familien-Bungalow gebucht, natürlich hat sie gleich das tolle Spielzimmer entdeckt - das war wirklich ein Segen um mal der Sonne zu entkommen ;-) Das Meer ist nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet, plantschen geht aber prima, aber der Strand trotzdem wunderschön. Roller konnten direkt über die Unterkunft gebucht werden, das hat prima geklappt. Lediglich das Personal im Restaurant muss noch etwas an sich arbeiten, es hat oft lange gedauert und am Ende hatten wir Essen doppelt auf der Rechnung und falsche Bestellungen erhalten - also am besten immer direkt kontrollieren oder direkt bezahlen (das Essen wir ansonsten aufs Zimmer geschrieben) Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen und die Anlage auch auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit in einem sehr netten Ressort. Das Team ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Vor allem die Chefin ist klasse und kümmert sich um alle Wünsche! Lediglich das abgeschlossene Restaurant könnte besser sein, aber man muss ja dort nicht essen.
