Excellent location, wonderful swimming pool, the beach is wonderful at high tide, at low tide you can swim a little to the left or right of the hotel, the food in the hotel restaurant is very tasty, for 150 baht you can get breakfast: not a bad buffet, there are both European and Thai dishes. Fruits in March included watermelon, melon, dragon, pineapple, and papaya for breakfast.

We loved Lanta Paradise Beach Resort. Yes, it’s basic, but it has everything you need. Comfortable beds, hot showers, a restaurant which serves a large array of different food and a cool reggae bar. The staff were helpful and got us shade when we needed it. The location is perfect, right on a gorgeous stretch of beach with loads of restaurants and bars to choose from - and of course many fire shows (the Thai people love a fire show). The pool is nice and the rooms are quiet. The breakfast is very average but everything else was spot on.

After countless hours of comparing properties on Koh Lanta we booked a pool/beach facing family room on Agoda 6 weeks before arrival, and we were very pleased with our booking and looked forward to arriving. We received confirmations twice from Agoda. . 2,5 weeks before arrival we suddenly receive a message through Agoda that the owner has cancelled our booking due to a double booking. At this point all other reasonable priced options are fully booked and we can only settle for a far less attractive and much more expensive option elsewhere. I have sent 4 emails to the property to at least get an explanation on how this could happen and why they are not even trying to accommodate us somehow but i didn't receive any response whatsover which i find terrible customer service, rude and careless. Therefore ,please think twice before booking here as it might suddenly get cancelled on you just before your arrival, leaving you with b-options.

This is paradise and so special compared to other luxurious hotels. The resort is built in beautiful Thai style (with all the wooden handcraft and a beautiful garden) and a perfect feng sui, but with all the luxe you can think of. Even much better than the pictures. The Swiss owners who manage the resort are making you feel welcome, I loved that professional, but personal touch in everything. Every morning we had breakfast at the tables on the beach. The best place, but also the best breakfasts I’ve had in Thailand. They serve fresh fruitshakes and perfect cappuccino’s and I loved the homemade overnight oats, as well as the homemade bananabread. When you are there, you really should take a Thai massage. The best I got and the massage area at the beachfront is perfect because you hear the waves and feel the wind. I juist want to go back here.

Went for dinner, waited for more than 1,5 hours after we placed the order. Asked for the food 2 times. No food, no explanation, no apologies. Not even after we stood up and left the restaurant. Very disapppointed.

Lanta Paradise Resort. Nothing of a paradise and a resort. We changed rooms twice, the first no air conditioning, the second no water but to our great surprise when we woke up the superb discovery that our window overlooks the hotel landfill. Room full of fleas. Let's not talk about the completely abandoned state of the hotel either. Unfriendly staff, not a hello, not a smile. For the price I do not recommend it, the photos are misleading. TO AVOID

Nice hotel by the sea. The swimming pool is pretty and overlooks the sea, it's great. Slightly old deckchairs that deserve to be changed. The price is right, breakfast costs 150 baht and is varied, always with this beautiful view of the sea! Clean room but full of insects, a bomb is available so it must be common🤣 Possibility of having a massage outside facing the sea 400 baht per hour depending on the massage. Small disappointment, we were massaged for 50 minutes, watch in hand… but it was good!
