Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas

The resort has a beautiful environment and a good ecology. All the staff are very considerate and patient in answering questions and solving problems. The food in several restaurants in the resort is also delicious. The sea view changes at different times of the day, and there are many cute ghost crabs on the beach. During our stay, we booked a long-tail boat trip from the hotel. The captain and the guide were very good. The island we were taken to was very quiet and the scenery was extremely beautiful.

The room is very big, the hotel environment is good, you can see many ghost crabs on the beach at low tide, the service is also very good. My companion fell and the doctor came to change the medicine every day. It would be better if there were more and richer children's activities

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It costs almost 3k and there is no service at all. The check-in environment is also very dirty and the sheets are dirty. The furniture is also covered with dust and dirt. At night, the Indian party was very loud and the DJ outside was blaring. It was not quiet at all when I came to the beach for vacation. The service was really very bad. When I checked out the next day, because there were Indians queuing, I was not allowed to check out at the front desk. I called the check-out number several times in the room, and each time they said they would come right away. I waited for an hour and they still didn't come. Later, I went to the front desk to check out but they didn't let me in because the Indians were handling it and the Chinese couldn't come in. Later, they made us wait at the door to check out. It was simply discrimination.

The service and facilities are good, the air conditioner is Gree! The only thing is that you can't fly a drone, but they also fly drones in their promotional videos!
