Very good service provided by the staff of the hotel. Sleeping robe, shaver, comb, tooth brush and tooth paste is provided free. There is a self-service laundry room, which costs 500Yen for 3 kg load, 2 hours.
Hotel is very near to the Sannomiya train station and there are supermarkets, Daiso, restaurants, and a bowling centre just next door. Perfect for families.
The room is very big and comes with 4 beds. Ample space to open 3 luggage bags and walk around. Love the hair dryer provided in the room!

Only 1 night stay at Comfort San Nomiya hotel. I love this Comfort hotel group, cause quite well cleanness with enough facility for business purpose trip. If come again to San Nomiya, definitely will stay here again. Thx!!

Great place, clean, services was good, they even had free coffee and drinks at their lobby which was a bonus. Will come back again for sure!

Very disappointed stay! First we enter the room and open the toilet, the whole room is full of smoking and public toilet smell!! Even we spray a lot room fresheners, no help! Not mention we got a kid. I wanna vomit also. And they are self help check in / out, no service at all.

Not much to expect from a standard business hotel, but this was disappointing. The self-check-in machine is not intuitive at all, didn't recognize my passport. The laundry machines have a password protection function that isn't explained in English in the instructions. When I returned to the front desk to ask for instructions, five staff members were working on a single problem and didn't serve the new guests arriving for check-in. Once I was in line, I was ignored. Terrible service. Never again.

There are too many stations near Sannomiya... This one is not far to walk from Kobe Airport. I stayed here for a triple room. The triple room is No. 20 on each floor. The area is quite large, but the hotel building is next to another building. There are many rooms with blocked windows. There is free coffee next to the second floor lobby. There are Kobe donuts in the afternoon. The breakfast is average. There is no merit or demerit. There is a drugstore and a large supermarket at the door. Haagen-Dazs small cups are 800 yen for 6 cups. The baby is shocked...
