"We chose this hotel as it was very near all the shopping streets. However, for the price we paid (about SG$120 per night), it is definitely not worth it. Before arriving at Kobe, was paying the same room price (and even less) at Osaka and Kyoto but these other hotels were way way better. Breakfast was very sad, can skip and go elsewhere to eat. Room was so so cramped. Overall it is no value for money."
"Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience! The onsen was of the highest quality, providing a serene and rejuvenating escape. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. My room was incredibly spacious, featuring luxurious amenities that added to the overall comfort. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering a perfect spot to unwind and take in the scenery. If you're looking to indulge in a high-end Japanese experience and have the budget for it, this hotel is an excellent choice"
"The high-end hotel that has the longest history in Kobe. It is above a free museum about Kobe. It was very luxurious, and had a wonderful restaurant for Kobe beef, but don't forget to reserve online. All rooms face a certain direction toward the mountains, but not toward the water.
During our stay, the gym was not available. And the location is surrounded by luxury brands, not by the station or markets for food."

"This was our second visit here. The staff is very helpful, and there is a free transfer not just to and from the station - if you want a pickup from the town or the ropeway during your stay, they will help too. The private baths are beautiful and very well maintained, and the reserve-next-as-you-leave-the-previous system is very convenient. Overall, great experience."
"Great that the hotel has shuttle bus service from Sannoymiya station, and the service is fantastic. It was hassle free and easy to get to the hotel. Other services were great as well, however, the laundry service was less than great. There are not enough washing machines for the size of the hotel, and many guests are always queuing for the washing machine. Also, the bell captain is inconsistent with the way of managing the laundry queue. Sometimes, there is a waiting list for guests to register on, while other times, there is a need to wait in person for the key to be available."
"Just a few mins away from both Sannomiya station and Motomachi area. Equipped with a public bath facility and the coin laundry. (There was a queue after 9pm. Go for it earlier!) Staff were attentive and helpful. Only drawback- the view of my room was like completely blocked by other buildings, and we were not able to get enough natural lights. It was even darker than the average at night."
"Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money."
"A choice that completely exceeded my expectations!
I like the local culture more because I stayed in a hotel!
The service is perfect!
The details are really admirable.
Highly recommended!"

I don’t know if English is not very popular here in Japan
When calling the main expression Shuttle Bus and your location near the convenience store or station can also
Shuttle Bus uncle can speak a little Mandarin and English (if he doesn't look at age and gray hair, he actually puts his brother a little more 😂)
Incidentally, I asked if he was the only one who could speak Mandarin
The comments I saw here before should praise this uncle😂
Since we only chose to have only breakfast when we booked
We were planning to walk down to the convenience store
As soon as we arrived at the lobby we were enthusiastically taken on board by Uncle Shuttle Bus
At the same time it was discovered that our door keys could not be taken away from the hotel
He would put it at the front desk for us when we got back to the hotel
It's no problem to report the room number at the front desk when you come back
In just a few minutes of the car he would also ask us what we were planning and would provide useful information
Stay for two days and one night can soak twice in the loan hot spring
An outdoor cat love and indoor seven-segment flower were chosen
The two outdoors have to go up the stairs. Friends who have changed robes should be careful
There is a smoking room opposite the door leading to the outdoor hot spring if you need to pay attention
Breakfast has a lunch box with small salads and appetizers
Had not had much expectations fortunately he served in a semi-self-service format for guests to enjoy
So breakfast can eat two bowls of rice 😂😂😂😂
The venue is not small but fine
Nor do they often bump into other guests
We have started planning to visit for a few more days at the same time next year
Enjoyment and service here This price made me feel beyond expectations
Originally planned to visit next time to choose a more expensive inn to feel but now we decided not to choose another inn for the time being
Even if I visit again, I will choose to come back here

SSerenAn exceptional stay! The front desk service exceeded expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. The staff were consistently friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The onsen was spotless and relaxing, and the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!
GGuest UserThe overall price-performance ratio is very unreasonable. The room is large but not practical. There are almost no toiletries. The towels are old and few. The bathroom and the space for clothes are very cold. There is no floor heating. There are no humanized items. It is the worst hot spring hotel I have ever stayed in.
The service is rigid. After checking in, they never showed up again. You have to pay for everything. You have to buy water and coffee yourself. Fortunately, there is a very good cafe downstairs. The attitude is also quite good. When they saw us before closing, they opened the door and made two cups of coffee for us.
The whole hotel is OK only for the decorations at the entrance. The rest are very ordinary. The public space waiting for the hot spring is super cold. There is no floor heating and no air conditioning. The hot spring pool is also very simple, like a public bath, without any beauty.
I will not go there again

Great
AAntonioDiaz1999The hotel is a little dated, however the location is very convenient as it's near the station, but a little weird to get to the hotel as its lobby is on a higher floor, along with the staff was friendly.
독독락당The Unizo Inn was one of the best locations I have stayed at in Japan. The room, relative to Japanese standards, is quite spacious and their degree of cleanliness is enough for even me, someone seldom fickle about cleanliness, to perceive. In addition, they also have a water dispenser situated just outside the elavator in the hallway leading to the room for anyone who might need some hydration. On the other side of the water dispenser was a VOD ticket machine for any guests interested in viewing the hotel's selection of movies. While I did not make use of this service, I am certain there are some travellers who would be most pleased to have something to entertain them even in their room. While I did not decide to have breakfast included with my room for the duration of my stay, the area in which the hotel is located makes it a prime location to acquire breakfast, whether that be a Matsuya right below the hotel or, my preference, Yoshinoya a little ways away. On the note of location, though, the hotel is well situated near Sannomiya station, giving ease of access to other regions of Kobe. That said, the wealth of restaurants and stores near the station alone could probably keep one interested in food occupied for a while. The staff were overall very friendly and the experience as a whole was most enjoyable. One point to note, however, was that like every other hotel I have been to in Japan, there is a stark absence of three-holed outlets so North Americans with three-pronged plugs should be aware of this and come prepared with an adapter of some sort.
AAnonymous UserQuite a nice hotel. Accessible to places via walking. The room is clean and comfortable.
Daily changing of towels and bath robes is provided (may not be that environmental friendly).
It will be good to provide a few hangers 😊
Otherwise, it's been a pleasant stay in the hotel.
Uuncle John 1974Honestly front desk lady who checked us in was not welcoming, rather rude. Misunderstanding happened shortly due to carpark issues. She came to rectify the issue and I apologise and thank her. Overall. Good service
GGuest UserLocation is great to the Rokkosan ropeway! Services are fantastic!! The dinners are superb!!!
The hotel and facilities are bit old but it’s great for its price. The onsen shower area requires more frequent cleaning however as there was hygiene issues spotted.

Very Good
++tengIt takes about 20 minutes to take the bus + walk from Shin-Kobe Station.
It is a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station.
The location is convenient and the environment is OK.
The restaurant is relatively small and it is a bit difficult to find a seat when there are many people in the morning.
GGuest UserThe room on the third floor was clean, the toilet and bathroom were on the other floor. It has Sannomiya in the name, but it is 2 stops away from Sannomiya station.
The average price for hotels in Kobe is SAR 1,044 on weekdays, and SAR 1,301 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
